If someone is struggling to reach out to them please text them , they do respond withing few hours or 24 hours, ask them weekly if they have any early spot for tests, they Can get you early appointments as well, results within 5 business days. Really nice staff too.

Be careful scheduling MRI’s at this location as they scam you for $75 cancelation fee.
They will call you and say there is no technician available on your scheduled day for MRI and say they will call you back with a rescheduled date. But will send you a text the day after your original MRI scheduled date saying you had a no show and need to pay $75.
Not only will you be out $75 you will also have to wait many more months for another rescheduling date.

Years ago, in post COVID time I gave one star for the service. It was never my opinion about people but the phone system that would loop you and finally kick you out. It was 2022. Now I felt obligated towards people to remove to old one star and change to five stars.
I simply learned the phone system🤓
Now I would like to give 10 stars for the service. I always go around 2 am in the morning, toughest hours for people. ALWAYS curtious, prompt, on or ahead of time, perfectly organized so before you know it you are done. I salute all the people working there and thank for their commitment

The place was very clean. Staff were super sweet and efficient. They walk you through every step and ensure your expectations are accurately set. I wish there were more medical clinics like this one. Thank you so much!

I do not think they cope with the proper scheduling and have any consideration for patient condition or age.. my 84 years old mother is waiting more than 6 months for her appointment and they reschedule on the date she has to come for a random day and time, whatever comes convenient for them! If you don’t accept they threaten to move appointment to next year !! Unspeakable ignorance and unprofessional behaviour

I arrived only four minutes late for my appointment due to my medical condition following a recent procedure, yet the receptionist refused to let me in and insisted that I reschedule, even though I had already completed the required form and signed the consent in advance.
I tried to explain that I was sick and physically unable to handle the stress, but the staff showed no empathy or understanding for my medical or psychological condition.
I was treated in a way that was unprofessional and inhumane, which caused me severe stress and emotional distress.
This behavior is inhuman and unacceptable from a medical facility that claims to operate by the law.
Anyone who truly understands the meaning of the law should also understand the meaning of humanity — because laws exist to protect and support people, not to humiliate or harm them.
What happened to me was a clear violation of both human and medical responsibility.
This incident caused me deep psychological trauma, physical pain, and public humiliation.
The conduct of the clinic staff was unethical, discriminatory, and inhumane, completely contradicting the fundamental principles of healthcare.

My fiancée had an MRI appointment at GNMI MRI & CT Clinic – Mississauga, and I went with her because she wasn’t feeling well after a recent medical procedure.
We arrived only four minutes late, but the receptionist refused to let her in and insisted on rescheduling, even though she had already completed and signed all the required consent forms.
I tried to explain calmly that she was sick and in pain, but the staff showed no empathy or respect. I was extremely worried for her — she was pale, shaking, and struggling to breathe — yet they completely ignored us.
What made the situation worse is that it felt like we were treated differently because of our background. The staff seemed polite and cooperative with others from their same background, but dismissive and cold toward us, which made the entire experience feel discriminatory and humiliating.
When I raised my voice out of concern for my fiancée, they falsely accused me of being aggressive and called the police, even though I never threatened or touched anyone. I was simply trying to protect my fiancée from unfair and inhumane treatment.
The entire situation was handled with a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and fairness.
What happened that day was unjust and deeply distressing for both of us.
No one should ever be treated this way — especially in a healthcare facility that is supposed to care for people, not humiliate them.

If your dr. Sends you here, ask to be sent to a different clinic. I got my ct scan in one day, but have been waiting almost 3 weeks for the results. For reference, they day 5-10 days. All they will provide you is a picture of the past. With results being 4 weeks old, is the data even relevant? Thus place is scamming Ohio for money and not completing the work in a timely manner. If you need a current Pic of whats happening in your body, this place cant seem to provide it. Oh, and if you call them about it, they just make false promise after false promise. Typical. All lies.

Watch Out For the TIME!
It's uncommon to first-timers like me that this facility opens 24 hours.
So it caught me off-guard that my appointment was scheduled 3:40am rather than 3:40pm. And this simple reading error cost me $75.
A friendly reminder of such uncommon time slot would be nice. I do feel a bit 'tricked'. It's very easy to fall into such mistakes if only a single letter, among paragraphs of the booking confirmation, makes such a huge difference! I don't think I am and will be the only one.
The front desk was professional and kind, who reminded me my rescheduled appointment is 9:10pm in the evening.

I was called in at 3:30 AM for a face CT scan, only to be kept waiting for an hour. I was told the technician was “on a 10-minute break,” but the delay stretched far longer. After all that waiting, they finally informed me that calling me in was actually a mistake and the CT wasn’t even required. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poor service.

I have been sent here on requisition from My Urologist for Ct Scan with Dye Contrast.
Staff failed to ask me several important questions out of which the most important that how long I have been fasting for and guess what I had to pay heavy price for it which was risking my health , also the person who Inserted dye contrast inside me poked my several times and due to this neglect my blood pressure dropped and I fainted .!!
Not recommended the staff is not experienced or I should say does not qualify to be doing what they are doing .!!!
Does not recommend at all I urge you to ask your doctor any another facility but if there is any other facility exist who does their job with highly professionalism you know what I meant ( disappointing healthcare)

One of the most mismanaged place , urgent does not mean right away for them. Twice, in two different instances they were able to mismanage my appointment for a MRI. First instance I showed up for my appointment before time asked them if they could accommodate early , they said no come on time , when I got the at the scheduled time I was told I have to wait for another hour or two . Second Instance which happened last week , took 3 days to process urgent request then moved my referral to another clinic on the fourth day. This should tell how professional these people are and how much they care . I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone .

Horrible experience. I was once terribly misdiagnosed here in the past, and my most recent MRI was a complete disaster. After waiting 8 months, I was told the scans were blurry and to go for a different test, basically meaning they don’t know. I have had multiple mri's in the past at different locations, and never have I come across that 2x they were grossly incompetent. All that time wasted for nothing. Appointments take 8+ months unless you pay privately, and results are held back for weeks - 5 weeks in my case - despite daily promises they’d be uploaded right away. Even cancer patients are treated with zero urgency or compassion. Terrible how they treat patients at this clinic. Stay far away from this place.
