Never been so happy shopping ..the manager and the all staff are absolutely fabulous .My compliments to Victoria ...she is beautiful,patient ,talkative ,Expert advice. I went back to show a jacket that I bought few years back .

Shimmara and Bella didn’t know how to treat the customers at all. We waited for almost 20 min just to get the watch sized and in return, they had a terrible attitude towards us. They don’t even deserve the single star that I gave, if I would have a choice, I would give them negative stars

I’ve always liked Guess products, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The staff was very disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. Instead of offering help, they acted like I was bothering them and spoke in a rude, dismissive tone. Customer service should make people feel comfortable, not judged or ignored.
I expected better from a well-known brand like Guess. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their staff’s behavior because this experience has made me second-guess visiting again.

I recently visited Guess store, bought a bottle of perfume and tshirt for my husband. Due to fit issues, I made another trip to store all the way from Waterloo as there is no Guess store in Kitchener, Waterloo and requested for a refund. I had extremely unfortunate experience involving store manager named TANUJA JAISWAL . The tshirt was unworn with original tags and payment receipts attached. Ms Tanuja Jaiswal was absolutely rude and dismissive of my situation, she mentioned that I was giving her “ANXIETY” I am 7.5 months pregnant and I found lack of empathy even after mentioning that I have travelled all the way from Waterloo but she ignored and walked away, she was giving me weird looks and tried dominating, she was absolutely disrespectful. While I understand policies in place for sale items but extremely disappointed in the way she handled the situation. I trust that this feedback brings more sensitivity among so called such managers (which I doubt she was) but if it doesn’t, I won’t be surprised.@Guess store Mississauga.

I purchased a Guess watch from this branch, and after driving 1 hour and 30 minutes home, I discovered scratches on the side of the watch. I returned the following day to request an exchange. The supervisor informed me that they didn't have another sealed watch of the same model and offered either a return or the option to select from the same model unsealed watch.
I decided to look at the watches he has in the store. The first watch he brought out had a tiny scratch on the glass, so I asked for another one. He then brought out two more watches. I took my time to carefully inspect them, and when I apologized for taking time, the supervisor remarked, "You’re checking it like a diamond; if you want, you can return it." I found this comment very rude and unprofessional. I responded by saying, "If this is how you treat your customers, then I will return it."
It’s important to mention that I didn’t inspect the watch when I first purchased it because I have another Guess watch and trusted the brand. However, this experience has made me question the quality control and customer service at this location. The supervisor seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of the items.

This guess store is good with good staff , I bought 3 watches from here , and everything is looking good and awesome ,and the clothes too are in good quality , and the hoodie I bought is great ? ?, good store in square one mall
