** Scam Alert** Super overpriced store. The staff told us the pair of shoes is unique, but next day We found the same pair of shoes online for exactly HALF the price. So We tried to return the pair of Yeezy shoes, but they said no return policy. Very disappointing

So basically, I still have not gotten my money " e transferred " by the owner and was promised by the end of Saturday and it has been 5 days and I have been calling. The have answered but refused to give the money because the owner has the access and they keep putting a reminder. Might go there in person and sue fr.

Horrible selling experience, sold 4 pairs of shoes and was told I would receive an e-transfer that day. A week goes by and I go in to receive cash instead, they tell me one of my shoes were fake and will return them, but will reduce the sale price. Absolutely horrid experience, will never come back to sell again.

Holy Jesus! The prices here are mad expensive and are absolutely ridiculous. Staff are friendly and helpful, don’t get me wrong, but If you shop here, get ready to be ripped off. Shoes are 2 x over market value

This place is a complete scam, don’t ever shop here unless you want to pay 2X what any shoe is worth, they tried to offer me $150 for a shoe that sells for a minimum of 700$+ online in worse condition. The shoe was worn once and they tried to offer me a ridiculous price. They made me wait 20 minutes for a price because they were so uneducated they had to text others. Don’t ever shop here save your money it’s daylight robbery. Don’t ever try to sell your shoes here you’ll be getting ripped off. Very very unprofessional will never shop here again. Checkout a shop like Kenshi a lot better of a store with real pricing and educated employees.

If you need good hype clothes, good prices and even better customer service come to this location and ask for Ezra. He helped me out and answered all my questions and gave me a good price for some of my designer clothing. Definitely coming back here because of Ezra.

Good selection but I have a rule. If the staff ignores me then they don’t get my cash. I was in the store with two other customers and both of the customers were greeted and talked to but I was ignored. Might give them another shot but who knows

All I have to say is that your employees need to be trained with customer service skills, my husband and son went in to purchase some shoes asked for help and was not helpful at all, was just giving one word answer and was not eager to help at all.. he basically was not interested to help and we have purchased plenty of times there and use the key master plenty of times! So sorry you have lost us as a customer and that same day I took my business to plus. Maybe your employee thought we didn't have money to spend and my husband and son was just asking questions , but actually they were there to buy. I definitely feel like your employee was being very judgemental. I love hot box, my boys and husband found alot of great items there but I think we are done going there. Thank you.

Great selection of shoes along with nice high end clothing with some vintage attire to top it off. The ladies working were great, polite and helpful with questions. The key master is a blast to play, addictive to say the least. I’ll be recommending friends in the future.

Loved the overall experience. Everyone was so helpful and the shoes were actually decently priced - I was pleasantly surprised. It’s nice to have a go-to sneaker joint in Mississauga. I highly recommend sneakerheads to make a visit.
