I bought clothes here. I had to have clothes from another branch delivered because they didn't have my size. But they didn't give me any information like trekking number, so I had to wait in vain. I tried calling them, but they were unfriendly.

The Hudson's Bay at Square One has an excellent photo studio. I recently had my family session and passport ID photos taken there, and they turned out amazing. The photographers were incredibly welcoming and professional. You can find them on the top floor of Hudson's Bay at Square One.

I'm writing on behalf of my mom and I to express how impressed and satisfied we are by Avneet's service and expertise the other day which, she helped us in the perfume dpmt. The weekend before V-day, Avneet walked us through numerous colognes as we were in need of purchasing a couple for gifts. We found her to be highly knowledgable, respectful, and going above and beyond for us. Thank you so much, Avneet for your help and suggestions! Don't buy expensive watches from thebay. Recently bought an expensive watch and it had manufacturing issue (unfortunately noticed after wearing it for few days). TBrefused to take any action and referred to some service center numbers, which does not exist.Google does gave some service center details, but all in California, so its more expensive to send the watch to/fro to claim the warranty. TB sucks!!!

messy store …. suits not on proper hangers displaying size….same with shirts. Good luck finding a register to pay for your merchandise (once you find it because no one around to help) without a 10 person deep line. 2 registers open for the whole floor?? no wonder people shop online instead in store.

Did our family Christmas shopping today. Zero Star for the girl at Towel section whichapproach US...told her we are ok, if need help, will call... then couple minutes later...I turn around... the Girl was standing 2 m behind us and watch US closely. when I told her not to chase US...around.she shout loudly on the floor...Make sure all patrons hear... " watch What you say"... as she walk away.We left towel section with 8 Kevin Towels.. continue to man wallets and bell...as my Son and wife do the choosing... I feed back to galaxy name Lana at the man shoe section... she offer apology and call up the manager name Sandra... the manage came, after hear my feedback...She said that " we encourage our staffs to interact with customers." I said after 2 times that we decline to service nicely, politely, but your staff still stand by and watch ?The managernwalk away and said we Wil let our staff know. No sincere and admitting that her staff is offending the Bay customer... but shout out in the air.... " watch What you are saying".My wife and son came over after done at man section... we just decide to leave , bring stuffsmto Lana to ring up the Bill.5 stars for Lana.The Bay, last Great Canadian Company ... but loose the " high quality Canadian values" in Services. Customers need comforts to shop....And the Baynwill fail with " service attitude, especially in the management level"

I am very livid because I have $60.00 worth of loyalty point that I have been trying to redeem since the week before black Friday. Been back three times. Twice to square one location and today at Erin Mills Town Centre and their royalty system is still down. How pathetic!!!

Super unhelpful and rude employee at the polo Ralph Lauren checkout. She didn’t seem to take me seriously when I wanted to buy something and proceeded to ignore me when I asked a question. Before that she lied about the price and said it’s not on sale when clearly on the website it is. Wasted my time completely. Avoid this at all costs unless you have no self respect for yourself.

Associate Claudia who works at clairs beauty is best in customer service and Asma from clinique beauty is worst who doesn’t know customer service, Rude, disrespectful with customers. Plz keep an eye on these types of workers who turn down store’s reputation.
