Initially they were attentive and communicated great. After they solidified us as clients the communication slowed down. There were a few things overlooked in the process. A lip on one side of the counter was left incomplete. And above our fridge we were left with a Jimmy rig job, causing the cabinets to bow away from the ceiling and our cabinets are now crooked. I emailed to follow up and we were ghosted.

Give it a try and you will see why this company is the best.After many weeks of searching/looking for the best company, finally we found Intact Kitchen Designs.The quote/price they provided us is impressively cheaper than others. The measurement is almost perfect from countertop to kitchen cabinet, calling out Jay and his team did an amazing job. Alex and Tony will work with you on every minute detail. Overall, they did a great job and the kitchen looked very impressive. Superior quality and workmanship. Great and fair pricing too. We have canvassed around and so far, they have the best bang for your buck! Our custom cabinetry looked like a page from a magazine.

Alex helped us with the custom vanity for our master ensuite. We had to go through multiple designs as various room layout options were considered. Alex was very patient and provided great designs for us to choose from. We were delighted with the end result, great quality, installed on time and with very little mess.
A few weeks later Alex made two large custom design mirrors for the same room. The design I wanted was outside of the normal requested by customers but Alex was very happy to rise to the challenge and we had the lovely mirrors installed today.
I would happily recommend Alex and will use him again for another job we have in mind.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. I had a positive experience overall to remodel my kitchen. A full removal of the kitchen was completed and new cabinetry and countertops were installed. I was really happy with the features to maximize storage space so Alex help build deep pantry drawers, included a spice rack and a custom wine rack/bar section. All of the doors are soft close as well which is nice. Another feature I really enjoyed was having all the bulk heads hidden to have a flush kitchen with crown molding. Would highly recommend to work with Alex in the future and to ask him for thoughts and ideas. I added in some pictures of the final product!

Intact Kitchens recently renovated my kitchen and added a bar area. The cabinetry finish and install was fantastic. Further to that, Alex our contact, was able to handle lots of custom requests: appliance garage, pull out drawers, custom cut wire mesh cabinet finishes, custom designed stain, etc.
It is a joy to work in our new kitchen. I would highly recommend!

Alex and his team at Intact Kitchen always went above and beyond to ensure that I receive an amazing kitchen for a reasonable price in all my investment properties.
Alex always made himself available to answer any questions that I had, give me great ideas about the design for my kitchens and deliver the finished products as per schedule.
Renovating a house is often stressful but I haven’t had to worry about the kitchen when I worked with Alex and his team.
