Yesterday i was at this store and i was looking for original iphone charger so a lady who was working there suggest me one charger and said that it is fast and original charger but when i came home and open box i saw it was not exact original charger. It was not design by apple california. I paid 60CAD doller and i could not get original charger. The time when i visited store was aroud 12:45PM to 1:00PM on 10th september

Worst experience of my entire life, looked up the opening time of the istore because I was planning on purchasing an ipad for a business trip before my flight. The store was suppose to open at 5am and the lady in the store had about 5 people waiting outside at 5:15 am. She hid in the back of the store and then proceeded to leave the store and shut the cage at 5:20. I could not be more disappointed in the service that was provided. Not only is this extremely inconvenient but it is extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible. I’m from another country and I bought an iPad Pro at this store on my way back home… the woman told me it was compatible with the Apple Pencil she was selling. I get home and it’s actually not compatible and now I’m stuck with it because I can’t come back to the store to replace it.

Not sure if this is the location in Terminal 3 departure but I asked the employee for an ipencil that is compatible with the 10 gen iPad and she gave me one without the USBC converter+ the ipencil doesn't work. She was on the phone with her cellphone company trying to change her policy while she's was helping me. Please improve your employees work ethic. This is not acceptable.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT PRODUCTS!! today we bought an apple travel adaptor and I clearly told her that I am going to Paris and I need their travel adopter. She sold me this apple adopter which does not have france adopter. Now I have to go out and buy another adopter in paris and our charge is not even enough.
