“This is a great store not just for the inventory and employee knowledge but for the stellar customer service. The people who work with are incredibly attentive and can quickly assembly the most complicated costume requests. Yes this is a niche store but it gets extremely busy and the amazing staff here have never made you feel bad about it. My only issue which is out of their control is the parking which is limited and tight.”

“I worked with Diamond Queen Toronto (DQT) by White Carat earlier in 2023 as I begun my journey to inquire about engagement rings.Amber who is a sales representative at DQT was extremely informative and provided on going education based on her knowledge and experience in this industry. Amber responses and clarification to my questions based on my research made my final decision, selection and process easy to purchase from DQT. I was able to get an engraving completed the way I envisioned as it was sentimental to my fiancée and I.I was able to propose to my fiancée in March 2024 and she was extremely happy. However , I had to get my fiancée’s ring resized slightly but DQT definitely took care of that minor change. “The Dave show was amazing. Honestly the best sales man Ive ever met. Treated us kindly and respectfully, but wasn't afraid to banter and have a good time. She was very helpful, genuine, and patient throughout the process. She truly put in a lot of effort to find exactly what my wife was looking for and provided the right advice at every step.
