“I went in to sell a silver coin I had laying around and was immediately met with professionalism, I was brought to the back of the shop so a deal could be made in private ensuring the stress factor was low. I was given a price that was better than any other silver buyer due to them taking in multiple factors like current market price and collectability. I could not see how this place could possibly have and bad reviews and I would assume people only leave bad reviews because they sometimes don’t get paid the amount that they spent on their product but people have to understand when you walk into a buy and sell store you are selling your product instantly no waiting, no hassles and no stress. But the store near us never has good pieces or customer service.This store was wonderful. We were looking for a specific set and Andrea went out of her way to try to help us. We didn’t find what I was initially looking for, but we did find some beautiful pieces for my friend.After shopping a bit, we had found a pearl necklace at another store. Andrea had been so helpful that we decided to ask her if she could help us find a matching pair of earrings. And she did! We even got a bracelet I had been looking for at an online store!Overall, I can’t complain at all about the customer service we received. Helpful without being pushy. Prices were affordable.
