Be careful. This is a con site.Bought a polytunnel that ended up having serious leaking problems. I was gobsmacked when I reached out to be gaslit by a member of staff. I was essentially told that my complaint would not be dealt with right away because the person I was talking to had a 'sick kid', that apparently 'nearly died'. I was made to feel bad/wrong because I was a customer reaching out to a company with a problem. I am certain the excuse I was given was either completely false/ massively over exaggerated. Either way, not something you should be using as an excuse to a customer as to why their complaint is not being dealt with. Scammers use these exact excuses all the time, it's the number 1 excuse in their playbook.One I was subjected to the full weight of lies and gaslighting behavior by this member of staff I left it for a few days expecting a refund, only to have my request ignored and a message saying a replacement was in the post, it never arrived.This is the behavior of a con artist. I have begun a chargeback with my bank and will be doing my best to warn people of this trap. Be wary of Facebook businesses, claiming sick/dying kids as an excuse for poor business practices.

I purchased a tent form Kidsable, and was very pleased with the service I received. Chris followed up promptly to ensure that I had tracking numbers, and the tent arrived within the window that he predicted. I haven't set it up yet due to hurricane warnings, but it looks good and instructions are clear. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again, highly recommend.David

I have had the absolute Best experiences, respect, more then satisfied with everything that kidsable.ca do, from their products, to their FREE give aways ( I am a winner of 1 of the giveaway's . The prize I won for my granddaughter was beyond Anything I could even imagine picking up in any of the big company stores or even a local store near me ) I had my prize within 10 Days . I can't say enough good about this company, their products & even having the owner( Chris ) of the Company message you directly to make sure you are happy & satisfied. I can honestly say that I have Never experienced such a great company & what they stand for. Very Highly recommend from a very satisfied customer.
