SMALL, lightly stocked but the ladies that work here have BIG personalities and always help me find something delicious to pair my meals with. Rather shop here then some bigger locations with more variety because of the staff.

Rude cashier. I'll go somewhere else then having her mouth ask the manager. It's sad I have to go somewhere else. Alcohol cost minimum 10 cent each taxpayer money to add to Union LCBO salary aka deposit

I usually shop here since it’s the closest. My last visit was yesterday around closing time. Bought 2 Bottles of same alcohol. The cashier was sweet, so we thought. Right after checking out, they locked the doors behind us and I realized She charged for 3 Bottles.
I was still at door when I noticed and turned to walk back inside.
Another cashier waved to reject me the entry.
I kept showing them receipt and the bottles but No one cared to hear me.
I kept knocking for 10 mins and almost everyone refused including my cashier who charged for 3rd bottle when I only bought 2.
Finally a gentleman opened & the lady was pissed why he did So… I showed them the receipt & mentioned that tomorrow would be too late for anyone to believe me
The lady was like- we opened the door.. didnt we. As if, she didn’t try to make sure nobody opens it.
I bet I’m not the only one who they charged for extra alcohol when people weren’t paying attention.

This LCBO is a small store, so it lacks the variety of some of the bigger and newer locations. But the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Best customer service. The cashiers are polite and all the racks were filled completely. The security guard needs to be polite as I was waiting for my bus and the approach of security was rude even though my alcohol was paid for. The store lives up to its name and makes it the best LCBO on Port Credit
