Got a gift of red wine in a LCBO gift box, but I have an allergy to red wine. They refused to exchange it for an equivalent bottle of white wine without a receipt. They don't care that gifts never come with receipts.
You can buy wine everywhere nowadays, best to skip LCBO.

Looking for special wine but empty in shelf, staff went and checked if received this morning by truck. Good customer service.

So many collections for affordable prices.
Employees are so professional and help to the customers.
I met Adita he asked my need and helped to find the exact one.
Appreciatable....

This location affirms my position on keeping the LCBOs. Great selection of beers, spirits and wines that you do not get at a corner/grocery/beer store. Clean well stocked and it was busy but no delay at checkout. I don't see that in AB, when I visit.
They were offering tasters as well.

Great location, staff and friendly. Your in and out (quick service). Only thing is they always run out of my 1.75 Absolut Vodka...not only around the holidays. This is a popular Vodka and should be shelved according!!!!

Obstructed by the young white cashier today for no reason, here's the timeline:
I was helping my mom (who has ID) push the shopping cart to the cashier for payment.
Cashier asks ME for ID for looking young, I'm 23 and i didn't bring ID (since I'm not paying obviously)
I ask my mom to show ID and pay.
Cashier REFUSES BOTH of us and says it is not allowed and he might "get fired" and causes a scene.
Not coming back again.
