They need new talent in the bakery shop. The cakes are sloppy and flat looking. I am very disappointed with the reception I received when I asked for an edible image to be printed.....response was "what, now?"I don't know why I would have driven all the way there, if I didn't need it "now."

I was there two weeks ago with my son in the morning. I went to the produce department and no one seem to know what they were doing because I checked all the quality of apples and they’re all bruised. Even the strawberries were terrible, wet, and moldy. So I want to go complain to the store manager, and he could not help me at all. Didn’t give me a great answer. So I left with A buying a single thing from there because it seems he didn’t know what he was doing ether. I used to come shopping there all the time but now I just tell my wife that I’m going to Nofirills across the street. I wish I had proper help and a better answer from the store manger. Never coming here again ?

Great quality products, the staff are all super nice and helpful, and i have to mention the meat counter always goes above and beyond for me whenever i have a question or need a specific cut of meat, bakery and deli was awesome as well.. all round great service.

I recently ordered a sandwich platter and was terribly disappointed! There was barely any meat. The egg salad was tasteless and the tuna salad was full of onion and no mayo. It had a vinegar taste and it appeared to be a low grade tuna that was used. I always get my platters from either Fortinos or Metro. I thought I would give Longos a try. So sorry that I did.

The full-time ladies that work in the cake and pastry department are rude, unpleasant, and consistently demonstrate a very poor level of customer service skills and - if you have no genuine interest in your customers and it pains you to crack a smile, then you should re-evaluate your purpose in life - pity.

Do not buy anything from here without thoroughly inspecting every item. If it is an item with an expiry date then check the expiration date. Don't be surprised if you find items a week past due. If it fruits check for mold and damage. For example for solid fruits like apples check for soft spots. For soft fruits like strawberries, check for mold. If you buy packaged vegetables that have holes like sprouts then check for the presence of cockroaches. And forget about buying bread. I am not entirely too sure what this store is doing but it needs to train its employees on how to handle produce. The only great thing this store has is cashiers. They are extremely friendly.

This place has really gone downhill. Make sure you check your receipts after you cash out because often times they put promos and sales when the actual item hasn’t been marked down. It happened to me for the third time today and luckily I checked the price and they honoured it. Everything is expensive and the quality and amount is less than other stores. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Thank you for the freshest and best tasting platters for our company luncheon. The catering department was even able accommodate my last minute request for a gluten-free sandwich.

Was visiting my mum today when she told me she experienced an inpatient rude senior lady at customer service on Friday morning. This is not the first negative interaction with this worker from what I was told. Leaving this review in the hope that staff at this location gets training on how to treat people no matter their race or abilities, please be patient and respect customers. Do not need a follow-up. I will be calling head office and shopping at no frills for now on.

One of the cashiers names Mona is VERY unpleasant! She doesn’t say hi or bye doesn’t even ask how you are, or not even your total of how much you spent.She tells you to go to another cashier so she doesn’t have to deal with customers. I was told to go to another cashier when she was open and had nobody. I really hope that when I spoke to the manager she would get a warning of how simply rude she is.I will never go to her AGAIN! She honestly ruined my shopping experience there at longos.!

I shop here once in awhile since I mostly order grocery online nowadays. It is a clean and well organized store. I went in to buy a cake today and the lady at the bakery section was very friendly and helpful which was a good upgrade from the bad almost rude services provided before. Longo doesn’t offer the best price but it isn’t too bad compare to other supermarkets.

The cashiers are becoming so rude especially the older ladies, and the manager of the cashiers Shannon has no work ethic nor common sense. Yesterday morning I went to buy 3 pumpkins right in the morning, the cashier was not in a good mood already, you could tell didn’t say good morning or anything to me, then the machine wasn’t working. She asked Shannon if she could take me at the other cash register, then Shannon starts to serve someone else that was in line, who had a lot more items than I did. So now my cashier is even more grumpier and now, I myself was starting to get agitated. I’m waiting and waiting so I just said “ I have cash could I pay for it that way?” My cashier says “ I already put it through the system” because we’re both waiting my cashier now asked the white hair lady running the self checkout if she could put me through, she wasn’t in a good mood as well. What is going on with this place? I’m missing the metro days and those lovely cashiers. I also get it life is rough but we all are going through something, one thing I do is to never bring it to work or take it out on customers. They need a better work management.
