Very disappointed with the service today. I always come into the store and have a great experience the girls on the floor are always helpful and kind. However the cashier checking me out this evening was oblivious. I had paid for my shirt and the receipt printed out and she acted as if I have all the time in the world speaking to her coworker who was leaving the store after her shift. If you're going to be catching up with your staff member do it after dismissing the customer rather than have them wait around for the minute or two.

There was a white male who made my whole experience horrible. It was the biggest mistake of my life to even try Lululemon. Can't cater to customers needs in terms of exchanges or returns. Im aware of the fact that you guys have no competition but bend your policies a little or very soon you guys are gonna come crashing down. This white male needs to know that there are some first time shoppers and when I mentioned to him that the customer associate should've mentioned about the outlet return policies, he takes it offensive and told me that it's my fault that I missed the sign behind the cash counter. Rude, Egoistic and too much of pride for nothing. He needs to learn customer service from his Asian supervisor. She was patiently helping me and this guy ruined my whole day. Just rude!!!

The best lululemon store I’ve been to. I recently had a complex order at lululemon, and I want to thank Kay for her exceptional customer service. Despite causing a bit of a delay at the cashier, Kay's patience, professionalism, and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful experience into a remarkably positive one. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction has made me a loyal customer to this specific lululemon store, and I sincerely appreciate Kay's efforts in making my shopping experience outstanding. Horrible customer service. The dismissive cashier and subsequently, the rude manager makes it easy for me to spend my money elsewhere. Times are tough but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to treat customers like dirt. Get a job elsewhere if you’re unhappy.

Extremely passive aggressive service at the counter from the black girl with the natural hair puff (I don’t know her name) who claims she “always sees me” and implied that I must not know my size because I’m a loyal customer for years who returns 10% of the items I buy on wmtm that I don’t get to try on beforehand for store credit. The fact that lululemons policy forces customers to come in store to return wmtm items and I get rude service like that is so disappointing and makes me not want to go back. Not to mention I’ve only seen her a couple times and the first time I could sense a weird attitude towards me when i was leaving, plus she was completely unhelpful compared to the service ive gotten from others like the super nice and helpful hijabi girl (don't know her name) but the last time was full blown passive aggression that I refuse to deal with again.I tried calling the store literally 7 times after leaving to settle/understand the interaction that happened but no one answered the phone (shocking). That forced me to write this review.

This renewal shop is losing touch on treating customers right. With brand selling products itself, offering quality products but mediocre customers experience means bed services.Do your research before getting into store. Buy online could be a better choice.Will I return - definitely...no.

I ordered a scuba on sale for in-store pick up at Square One location yesterday (Sept.7). Got an automated email in the evening of Sept. 7 indicating it’s ready for pick up. I was happy that the order went through and was picked on the day of. Since it was picked yesterday evening and I live quite a distance from Square one, I thought of driving to the mall after work on Sept. 8. Today is Sept. 8, I had been calling this store since the store opened to give them a heads up that I’m working during the day and will be there prior to their store closure time. Guess what? I called 8 times (5 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon) and no one bothered to pick up any of my calls. I called customer care and they said there’s nothing they could do to notify the store cuz they couldn’t reach them by phone either. By 6:40pm today, Square One Lululemon cancelled my order without any explanation while I was driving in the rush hour heading to the mall. In Lululemon’s pickup email, it clearly indicated that my pick up order is ready until store closure on September 8. 6:40pn was 2 hours and 20 mins before their store closure. Understand that Lululemon doesn’t care much about customer service but if your service level continues to deteriorate, more and more loyal customers will switch to Alo. Do better!

Just went to this location today and I found some really cute things. However, I am giving a poor review because my shorts I purchased here still have a security tag on it and I don’t even live near this location nor a close lululemon. Because of this mistake I now have to go out of my way to get it removed on my own time because of their mistake.

July 9th, 2023On July 9 2023 I went to Lululemon at Square One. The cashier was extremely rude and self righteous. She basically threw the receipt at me. They have to educate their employees to be professional and polite. After spending over $300.00, I deserve kindness. I won't be shopping at that location ever again. Check yourself!

I could list 100’s of stores where this could have been an easy interaction but instead, not one but TWO levels of customer service (In-store and call centre) refused my request. I was left going to Twitter to resolve my issue, and thankfully one of the CS reps there was more than happy to assist through DM.As a company, you spend time and resources building a customer base through community events, YouTube, social media, etc. So what’s the point of all of that if in the end you’re willing to lose that potential customer connection over a return?The market for similar product is large, and growing daily as people turn to starting their own brands. People have choices, so basic customer service will continue take priority over brand name.Do better.

Waited in line for over 20 mins just to have the cashier tell me she couldn't exchange my at ease joggers. I have never had this problem, all my info amd purchases were on my account. I shop at lulu all the time so they could see I spend a lot of money here. They didn't even care. What a horrible shopping experience. Definitely didnt feel valued at this lulu at all! Thanks!

Went with my husband to exchange a pair of pants that was ordered online, for a couple pairs of shorts and was met with confusion why the order number from the online order couldn’t be used to compete the transaction. The service we had with the associate at cash was subpar at best, and she was adamant that she needed a number from an email titled “The Waiting Game Is Over”. We had started searching for that exact subject in his email account (it never existed), and he even went as far as to check his email through a browser vs the Gmail app itself incase it would have showed up there for some reason, and despite showing her his phone that an email with that subject isn’t there, she ultimately used the order number with an attitude that it was an inconvenience to her.Not sure if she was new or needs further training, but if we’re saying that email doesn’t exist and all we have to show is the original order date and shipping emails, please don’t waste our time, and the time of the 10 people behind us in line if you’re just going to use the order number anyways like we have done in the past.

For this being the only store in GTA please tell me why there is only 1 cashier open all the time? Every time I visit there is always 1 cashier and a long line up. You spend less time shopping then you do waiting to be checked out. Also the mangers are super inconsiderate. I live in Brampton and I drive all the way here to make a return and they cannot make an exception for not having the tags. Go to a different location or make some changes management.

I called a dozen times over 90 min trying to get an inventory check. As the online inventory system does not update in real time, I was trying to save myself the 40 min round trip drive. Not once did an associate answer the phone.

Customer service not friendly and since the renovation, the line up for cashiers are ridiculously long and painful slow. Refund was a challenge and management was nit helpful at all.
