Impressive boots collection from different brands. Black Friday deals were tempting, however mostly larger sizes were available on t-shirts and jackets. Watch out for the quality of the garments before heading out, one of the sweaters I picked, had a minor rip on one of the under shoulders.

I had a terrible experience here today. The majority of the staff was very rude and gave me the impression that they didn’t want to help me. I also kept having to search for an employee to help me out in the fitting room to the point that I just gave up. The manager Surikah yelled at me and then stormed off so it’s no surprise that she doesn’t know how to properly train staff. On top of that majority of the employees I encountered had strong BO and it made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I would highly recommend going to another location.

Went in today and wanted to get myself safety shoes. My workplace provides us with 25 dollar gift cards for csa approved work shoes, it's part of a partnership we have with Mark's. The associate had to call a manager because she was unfamiliar with the process, the manager took 5-10 minutes to come from the back of the store. When she showed up she also seemed unfamiliar with the process, she said we could only use a portion of my gift cards which would not cover the costs of the balance even though I had enough gift cards to cover the full cost of the boots I wanted. I inquired why I couldn't use them all and she said it was a policy but when i asked her to explain the policy and reason behind it she seemed like she had no answer aside from what she didnt know. If it's a gift card and you can take two or three whats preventing you from using 3 or 4 or 5 or more..This is a process that Mark's has welcomed before but for some reason the manager themselves are allowed to make up policies but when asked to show those policies regarding our gift cards, they have nothing to say. Will take up with our company, hopefully this will be resolved and won't have any of our fellow employees be turned away by the store manager herself.Store manager name: Sureka.Shame on you, and the fact that you lied to our faces. Also, how are you the store manager but have to ask permission to use gift cards from customer service?You asked us to call customer service over a gift card issue that you a Store Manager should know more about? Yikes.

Very good store for quality shoes, clothing, etc. I got the Windriver boots for this winter. All the items are nicely displayed with good customer service

Had problems with transactions as their machine did not process my payment however I was charged twice. The customer rep tried to help me but a senior representative yelled at her and spoke to me rudely instead of helping me. Never ever going back there.

Sadly the customer experience and service at this location has dramatically declined and I am one of many that are making this same comment. Staff have become increasingly pushy to sign up for a credit card and that is obviously their sole mission. There is only one regular staff member that continues to offer the personable interaction and seems to genuinely care to help and listen to what the customer needs. It’s always a pleasure when she is on the floor as I don’t mind spending money in an establishment when the employee is respectful and cares. I took note to spell her name properly (Nariman). She has been there a long time and is a reminder of what customer service is supposed to be like.I don’t know what has changed with this location, whether it’s an overall company culture change or just a decline in training and proper management to role model the right behaviour. However, I thought it was worth providing this review in hopes that this location is not an indication of where the Marks brand is heading.

Going an extra mile....I had heard and had experienced previously, but going 10 EXTEA MILES was never heard off and had experienced before today.Hat's off to AKASHDEEP (cashier # ****8969) for going 10 EXTRA MILES and helping me in returning a shoe. He did not give up until he was able to find the receipt (the whole story is very long)Very impressed by this young man's efforts and dedication to his work.?????????????❤❤❤

I mainly shopped here for clothing and accessories, which I found to be of good quality and variety. The store had a lot of items on sale when I went, so it was great to get a deal on some well-made clothes that fit my budget. The staff were also very kind and helpful; I appreciate them taking the time to explain their returns policy to me and their efficient check-out at the register. One thing to note is that they no longer offer bags for your purchases, so be sure to bring one in with you if needed. I would also recommend signing up for their Triangle Rewards to collect Canadian Tire money with your purchase, which can be redeemed back at Mark's or at other participating retailers in the future.

Bad experience i lined up orPick up an order right now, I waited quite awhile to get them when it came they let me wait again for my cue. The guy is available to just check it out quick and go and instead let other customer first to cash but they are taking awhile speaking in their language and looking something on the phone. What a bad customer service to end the Year Dec 31, 2022 everyone is busy rushing their last holiday shopping doing their thing quick and go out right away,Thee associate need a good training for customer service.There should be no star at all.

The customer service is great! Maryam and Abhinaya are a great worker! They helped us a lot! Even though there’s a bunch of Marks store near us but I will definitely go back to Marks that located in Mississauga North (5950 Rodeo Drive). The staff is super helpful, I am really happy to shop there!

Wesley at this location was an absolute all star. He answered all questions we had, and even went above and beyond to show us each item and recommend other items as well.
