The reason for my rating is because of Emma. Five stars for her.
I went in with my partner to return something recently and she went above and beyond. There was an issue related to quality and she gave me no difficulties with the return.
She took the initiative to speak to her supervisor to have the item refunded without me even asking. We were really impressed with her service and kindness.

The manager here is so stingy with marking down a defective purse that’s been in the store for over a year- since November 2024 (as indicated on store price tag), to be exact. Purse was missing both screws that held one side of the strap to the purse itself. Manager would only allow a $5 markdown - how insulting. She said it would cost a dollar or two to get a shoe repairman to repair. Some of these managers are acting like it’s coming out of their own pocket or something.

I returned the item on November9th.Today i got the bill and find out the casher made mistake should returned one became purchase. I paid two times for one item. Lucky thing is i keep the receipt otherwise will lose the money.

I do not usually shop at this store but my granddaughter wanted some items from there. It was ok if you like to rummage through things to find what you want.
If you are buying a purse, it is fine. If you are buying shoes and you like one in a different size, good luck finding it in your size.
For those who like to shop that way, this is the place for you.

I am big fan of Marshalls but this particular branch often looks empty. I think other Marshalls have more variety.

It is usually over stocks or second line but let that not fool you it is still very Good merchandise at lower prices. I have always liked their offerings. Worth a visit.
