Super rude lady at the fitting room counter today. I simply asked where to put the clothes i couldn't try because it was closing time for the store and she yelled to leave it in the cart. I hope they can train their staff to be polite with customers. There are better stores around with pleasant staff.

This Marshalls is crowded and has less variety
Couldn't find someone to ask for support.
Staff cashier was nice and friendly.
Prices though are high.

I paid in cash and the hijabi girl that worked there put the cash with the coins on the counter when she returned it back to me. ???? My hands have a problem with them why couldn’t she just place it in my hand. It would’ve made it easier for me and there I was struggling to pick up the change for a minute and feeling embarrassed. What would it have changed if she placed it in my hand.

Manager is horrible. She needs to learn to be a team player instead of talking to staff about “gifts” and unpacking reusable bags when it’s already fully stocked. She called for cash back up at least 3 times then asked if the person was on break rather than run the til herself for 5 min. Shameful.
She then disappeared rather than be confronted by me. As holidays approach I really hope she learns to step up because the rest of the staff need support not someone useless like this.

Always my kind of place! I absolutely love shopping at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross — they've always been my favorites. Even after moving to Canada 🇨🇦, Marshalls and Winners 🏆 remain the best. You can find amazing deals on branded items, and while the selection can be limited at times, frequent visits really pay off. These are overrun and close-out stores, so patience is key — but when you find what you're looking for, it’s totally worth it!

I visited Marshalls recently and while the store was clean and well-organized, I found that the collection was quite limited compared to other locations. There were fewer options in clothing and home goods, which made it a bit harder to find what I was looking for. Still, the shopping experience was pleasant overall, especially if you're just browsing or looking for basic deals in a tidy environment.
