A great service was on my way back to London and noticed an oil smell in my car. Stopped at master mechanic as it was the closest mechanic. Imran came out to the car, checked it out and explained what the issue was specifically and what I needed replacing. Very nice guy very great service! Would recommend.

I've been to Master Mechanic twice now and have been satisfied both times. Now that I own my car, I needed a place that I could trust to maintain it well, but cheaper than the dealership. So far, I think I made a good decision. The service has been efficient, effective and reasonably priced.

They put parts on wrong place. They sad you told as to put. I got charg 500 the problem not solve. I was ther to tell them the guy and lady was they did know what is problem he sad i start 6 mounth go i dont what to tell you . Are this mechaninc you guys get on street .

I went in for a diagnostic and fixing of the ac issue in my car- namely that the ac wasn’t blowing cold air. Upon doing the diagnostic, they sent me the report which said replacing the cabin and engine filter was required and in the suggested section, it said that the ac pressure needs to be refilled. Further, when I talked to them on the phone, I wasn’t told that in order to resolve the issue I came in with, the refilling was necessary. I just got replaced the filters under the required actions sections, as I thought this would solve the issue. In the eyes of a lay person, a “suggested” fix means that’s not the underlying/main issue and the “required” problem is what needs to be fixed to resolve my issue. Upon getting the filters replaced, I turned on my car and found that the ac still didn’t work. I went back in and told them that it wasn’t working, to which the response was “well what do you expect?” and that I should’ve known the refilling was required to solve my issue. Very unprofessional response and service and misrepresentation of what was actually required to solve my car issues. Very disappointed with the service and would not go back!

Hi Wayne.
I called there yesterday for a brake quote.
I was told that if I emailed my VIN number, then I'll get a response.
I haven't heard anything back via email or phone.
Should I take my business elsewhere? It's a whole week later, and still no response is it because I'm a female.
Anybody in their right mind should avoid this shop, they are a joke, and don't care about any new business.
Please advise.

It was my time bringing my car to Master Machanic, I did firstly because of a good review I read here and I gotta say I am very happy with the work as well as the persons and human being that Roger and Brain are.i feel like I am a good judge of character, and upon meeting and dealing with them. I am very impressed. I would highly recommend bringing your car here . I know I will be back for sure
