I bought the Hot Wheels Ultimate Garage and we lost some pieces and they replaced them free of charge! I forgot one piece and weeks later messaged back after they closed it and they still sent it! Absolutely amazing company!

Be careful when ordering from the Canadian site, the prices are in USD and the parts come from the US. They don’t clearly identify this difference when you order, so you may end up paying far too much.
