The website’s stock of what’s available in store isn’t accurate. I needed loot bags in different colors and I decided to hit Michaels. Thankfully they had the loot bags I wanted in all the different colors and new colors not mentioned on the website. Michael’s always has merchandise that you can’t normally find in other stores. The website showed me that Michael’s only has black loot bags but I was happy to find them in every color.

This would have been a 4 or maybe even a 5 for the store itself but we ordered online and were supposed to get curbside pickup. We waited a lonnnnng time before we had to actually go in and pick up our items ourselves.

Today, between 2:30 and 3:00 pm, the staff exhibited an unusual behavior. A person with a door knocker on their nose declined to honor a price that was lower than the actual selling price, despite no Canadian or U.S price being specified on the tag. This situation is not my responsibility. It would be beneficial to hire individuals with better customer service skills, and honor a price rather than nit pick, as I am a major/frequent shopper here.

Great place for art crafts, my daughter got Rainbow Loom for her birthday. Going home found missing letters, we contacted the manufacturer and within one week we received a complimentary package with all missing items. Thank you

Has lots of things but… I needed 2155 yellow EMBROIDERY floss… they have satin floss not for embroidery but not the thread I needed for embroidery. I was pretty disappointed, considering I heard many good things about michaels for embroidery from people.

It's a good place for arts and craft. My daughter likes to explore all the aisles.I like to buy colours for my daughter as sometimes they have something different than you usually get in other Walmart stores. I bought crayola gel markers this time.

It is a great place for the arts and crafts lovers. Kids would definitely love it. Variety of products available. It is somewhat expensive for my pocket, hence one star removed.

Was looking for fabric paint. There wasn't much to choose from, which I found disappointing, but I did find 1 dark pink bottle left. Too far for me to drive for a hit or miss situation.

Went with my significant other and she loves the store. She looks at everything and found and bought some nice cushions and plates. I pushed the cart lol.

Last week I went to this store because I had a project that I needed to complete for the weekend. I was sure glad that I did. They had a great sale on the products that I needed, and I ended up saving a good amount of money. I find going on days where there are sales is better and I love their products. This is a go-to store for all my crafting needs.

The Heartland location is a hit or a miss when you're looking for a particular item. But the online service and online pick up is the best thing ever! I would recommend becoming a member if you're a frequent shopper. They deliver by Purolator, and sometimes you can expect you can expect your package as early as the next day. The customer service friendly, that is if you find someone. Most of the time you have to awkwardly walk up to someone.

Framing department is lacking in quality and price has increased dramatically.3 years ago I had 3 canvas’s stretched for $260. I just paid $160 for one that is the same size as the previous ones.On top of that quality of work was 1000x better 3 years ago, not sure if this is due to new staff. When I went to pick up my order the measurements were wrong and I had to wait another week for them to re do it.When it was re done the dimensions were correct but the quality of the work is very disappointing and not worth the amount paid. Will definitely not be coming back here in the future.
