Booked an appointment for snow tires installation. Price is within the expected range. The car got in and out in about half an hour, and the work is good. Had oil change there before, and the experience was also good, no complaint so far.

Unprofessional customer service. The person at the front desk showed no interest in retaining customers. He was rude and appeared to have limited knowledge about cars. He kept making multiple calls to diagnose an issue, and with each call, the estimate increased.
When the estimate reached $1,500, we asked them to stop all work and return the car. Only then did he claim that everything had already been fixed and that the final bill would be $1,500.
Update:
After this so-called service, the car developed a wobbling noise. We later discovered at Brampton Midas that the parts had been incorrectly installed.

Took my GMC terrain for parking brake issue, charged 1500$ foot changing brakes and other components but the issue was not resolved. Brampton Midas diagnosed it and found the issue to be with vehicle body.
Unskilled and unqualified labours. I’d recommend any other midas over this location.
Update:
They had offered store credits to use for changing winter tires but they refused to accept the store credit after the service was done. Once again we had a horrible experience with them.
Please avoid this Midas at any cost.

They never told me about any of these inspections charges. I had to pay $65 just for the inspection, and they billed me $133 per hour for labour. Who even makes that kind of money in Canada? Even CEOs don’t charge $133 an hour. The inspection took only 10 minutes — if you calculate that, it should have been no more than $25. Never going back again. Worst place to get your car repaired.

Had an appointment at Midas for 4:00 PM, arrived early around 3:45 PM. No one greeted me — two guys at the front desk, one on the computer and the other just ignoring customers. I understand it can be a busy time, but at least acknowledge people who walk in. When I mentioned I had an appointment, the response was, “I don’t know, take a seat.” No effort to check or assist.
Very unfriendly and unprofessional service. Based on other reviews, it seems customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. Prices for oil changes and tire rotations are pretty standard across Mississauga, but you can definitely find better service elsewhere.
I ended up going to Mr. Lube across the street — much better experience. They offered me a price right away, gave me water, and had me in and out in about 45 minutes without an appointment.
Would not recommend this Midas location. 👎

Dropped in for emergency tire leak repair, as I had two flats on my winters. Great service, friendly and professional.
Also, their tech used a torque wrench! Extremely rare to see in most shops.

Took too long for oil change. Not friendly staff when entering. Trying to sell you services which are costly. Only had my vehicle for 7 months.

Today my car was powered off, it can’t move to anywhere. I was so worried. When I went to Midas to ask them what had happened with my car. They were very focused on fixing my car and they finished fixing my car in one minute. After they fixed the car, they gave me two options; leave the car like that without charging me or coming with the worker to fully check the car to see if there were any more issues with my car. I chose the second option because I was worried if my car had more issues . I was very grateful for their support when I needed it most and lended me a hand. I am thankful for their professional service to make my car feel like how it was before. They are very experienced. I will be visiting again.
