RUDE staff. I was at the store today shopping for the Harry Potter pop up this afternoon around 4pm. I was checking the price for the blankets and this staff came to me said I shouldn't open its package. I said I didn't. It was like this when I arrived the store like a minute ago. He said, well everyone says the same. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. It is rude to question your customers without any evidence. You need to train your staff properly

I would give a O rating if possible. This MINISO store staffs were so unprofessional. A product accidentally fell off the shelf while my son was walking along. They came and told us that we need to pay for the product. It's ok and I agreed to pay for the damage item! What makes me so angry is that they were talking about what happened in their "OWN LANGUAGE" while laughing at the counter, when it's my turn to pay.
Please management kindly teach your staff not to be rude and be professional and ACT like one!!!

everything is pretty cheap made in China I'm pretty sure you could probably get it for half the fraction in that country lot of travel size items or exotic snacks got a clip & hair ties so maybe a step up from the dollar store see how long it lasts but I asked the employee if they had a bin to dispose my iced coffee the woman said NO....uhm all stores have one how stingy she could see me holding stuff and no bag i'm tired of that bogus new rule....

Best prices compared to similar asian stores.
Selection isn’t as good though.

The place was clean, the staff were nice, and it has pretty much everything you need.
The cool part of it is, the prices aren’t extremely inflated like in most stores, so you get what you pay for.
They also sell kuromi and my melody, and most recently BT21 for the BTS/kpop fans. They’re all super affordable and perfect for gifts of fans.
Overall, very well kept store.

Super poor service. Male employee was trying to get through the hallway while the customer was walking through, didn’t even wait or excuse himself. Checked out at the cashier, female employee was asking customer to put the shopping basket back to the original spot. I was shocked because 1. There should be a better way for the cashier to collect used shopping basket 2. I was never being asked like that before as a customer 3. The store should provide better training for their staff instead of just hiring and firing random international students as part time employees.
Products are good but doesn’t mean than you can put an under-trained staff on shift and this time is more than one staff that being improperly trained.

Went in there around 5 today and it was already a mess, no products in the boxes already empty. There was this rude Indian employee, she came over me and started yelling that we opened the product which was already out and forcing to pay ??. Girl, if you’re reading this, go get some help and manners too. I feel bad for the entire store to have such an annoying lady working like you. Spoiled our vibe, worst customer service came across.

There was an indian girl today around 5:20, one of my friends tried a tester which was already opened and she just came and asked her to pay for it because she just tried the already opened tester, shame on her ! I think they need to reconsider whom they should hire for a better customer service

They have employees who treat customers poorly. I bought a keychain with liquid inside for my daughter. I did not notice a crack in the keychain. The liquid inside was slowly flowing out. When I returned to the store to replace it, the employee treated me badly and accused me and my daughter of being responsible for this breakage, and she did not accept to replace it with another one. She started arguing and fighting with me. Which made my seven-year-old daughter feel very afraid. Here I asked them to contact the manager of this store, but she refused and said that he was not working that day. So I decided after that day that I would not go to this store after this bad treatment.

This place is very bad in dealing with customers. I literally do not recommend purchasing from this branch. The officials in this company should reconsider the employees of this branch.

The management really needs to take care about the customer service in this store I’ve been here couple times and for today march-4th the so called manager or whatsoever ' Indian girl' was horrible I had to face racism from her being an Asian I don’t know how people can do this to their own race. It was my mistake I mistakenly broken two cups was looking for bento box then when I was keeping back in the shelf my hoodie sleeve pulled over the cups I was looking for the associate there and then she literally came to me and didn’t even ask if i was hurt or not she started saying i have to pay for the cups ofc I’m going too me being an retail associate ik how things works she was so rude to me and started talking in her mother tongue with her other indian coworker ( which I couldn’t even understand ) I said nthg abt it I went to the counter to pay for those damages which was $20 i told the other employee that she was rude to me then again she came to the front and she started saying me to get out of the store seriously cooperate needs to take care of it I’m very disappointed for whatsoever i had to face today never had this kind of experience ever in my life
