Richard is an awesome guy to chat, he'll give a lot of time to explain the job. However, if he doesn't want to work on a specific job he can be upfront about it. I brought my car for a rust repair. After a lot of explanation he said he doesn't want to work on it. If you're not working on it, I don't have to spend time hearing why you'll not work on it. Also, if you're not working on the rust then at least don't make the rust look worse by pulling the rotten metal and removing a chunk of it.Richard if you're reading it, don't take it to heart please. It was nice chatting with you. I'm just not happy with the outcome of the meeting.
