We were so impressed with the amazing and professional service and the entire process from start to finish, not to mention the wide range of options, sizes, colours, fabrics and styles available. And, of course, all pieces were made from solid wood, and were specifically designed to fit our space and style. Superior Customer service in every way. Although the fabric was back ordered Natalie kept us posted regularly. Joni delivered and put together the sofa as well as contributing advice at the time of purchase. We have a beautiful Statum sofa that was well worth waiting for. We highly recommend New Avenue for your furniture needs. They will not disappoint you.

We have been going to New Avenue Boutique for years and they never disappoint! From the design of our custom tables to helping in selecting the perfect colour stain and finish for our timeless pieces. The quality of their Canadian made products far surpasses anything you can find elsewhere. Our tables are exactly what I had envisioned. Natalie and her team are the best.

Just got my second ordered delivered from New Avenue Boutique and they never fail to impress with both quality and experience.I just completed a reno and with many of my suppliers and trades experiencing major delays New Avenue made the process seamless.From the great store experience with design and selection to the friendly delivery team that provided White glove service i can not say enough.I Would highly recommend to anyone looking for design and built of quality furniture

Ordered table on December 28, 2021 with P.O. stating 6-8 weeks. Chased call backs and coupled with false item arrival dates we cancelled deposit / order via C.C. Waited 86 days / 12 weeks and 2 days before cancelling. Day after cancellation we received numerous calls from Natalie that table would be arriving that day. Also offered 10% off future orders and free ($50) delivery. We live approximately 1km from store. Customers should not have to chase for answers and be lied to. We are not unreasonable but expect honesty, integrity and call returns post sales. Hope this helps others.

We purchased our dining table from New Avenue about 2 years ago. The table is stunning, solidly constructed and they even found a way to match the specific stain we we were looking for (which was not a standard one they used).We recently had one of the legs come loose, so we contacted them and two days later someone came by to fix it. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

We have been buying our furniture from Natalie for years now and it's the only place we trust to deliver beautiful, great quality and long lasting pieces. We recently had two rooms done at the end of December 2021 and the rooms are so beautiful thanks to Natalie's help and expertise. We had a full wall built-in cabinet done in our front sitting room and custom cabinets for our main floor office along with beautiful custom chairs and a coffee table. The rooms were fully furnished by New Avenue Boutique and the look and feel of each room is beyond exceptional!
