Actually I live in the UK but my mother and sister still live in Weston. So, rather than use Amazon, I call Suri and ask what she might have that my mother would like, reading wise. She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. I always drop by to see Suri when I'm in Canada to say hello and have a nice chat.”

“I recently visited Ufficio Furniture and worked with Harman to purchase a four-drawer lateral filing cabinet. Harman took the time to show me all of my options, including filing cabinets available at their other warehouse location. He clearly explained the payment and delivery process, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The delivery team was extremely professional and ensured protective floor coverings were in place to prevent any damage. After delivery, I contacted Harman for assistance with some accessory items, and he responded quickly with several suitable options.
When I visited the showroom to review the accessories, both Harman and Joe went above and beyond to ensure the selections met my needs. Their outstanding customer service and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional.
