My shipment from the UK to Canada was an expertly handled transaction. The staff in both countries kept me posted on every level. A particular mention for Jacob Martins in Toronto; Jason went above and beyond to make my transaction worry-free. Paramount is the appointed partner of the moving company we hired from UAE to move our belongings to Canada and I absolutely recommend their services. Special recognition to Jyothi who always gave us updates on whereabout our shipment was. For few months it was stucked in the bahamas but this was nothing to do with Paramount. Jyothi also gave me clear instruction about the clearance process and she went extramiles with the change of our address and gave us the best solution without extra charge for us. Everything came without any damages and their driver was also very nice to unpack everything and assembled some easy furnitures. I would certainly use Paramount if ever we moved abroad again. I also wish that companies in Canada treat their customers like this that not all is chasing us with extra charges. At the end of the day, they truly care more for humanly interaction than just making money. I whole heartedly thankful for the service especially for Jyothi who was always kind whenever I had concerns and questions.

My experience with Paramount Transportation Systems has been very disappointing. It has been more than three months since my belongings were shipped from Ireland to Canada, and I still haven’t received them. For the past month, my items have been sitting at a warehouse in Ontario, and there has been almost no progress.
Communication is extremely poor — emails are rarely answered, and when they are, the responses are vague and unhelpful. It’s very frustrating and stressful to wait this long without clear updates or any sense of responsibility from the company.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Reliable communication and timely delivery should be the minimum standard for an international moving service, and unfortunately, Paramount failed on both.

Using Paramount was the most stress-free move I have ever done. The team at Paramount was able to accommodate my tight turn around time of needing to be moved out my home in Canada to the US with ease. Jyothi was very communicative through out the whole process to help keep my wife and I at ease. The movers, Mike & JP, are very good at what they do. Packed every box and item the way we needed and even got larger items that we didn't expect could be moved. This truly is a white glove service.
If I ever have to move again, I would use Paramount every time.
