My wife asked me to go here to buy an arrangement of balloons for a work even she was throwing. In an embarrassing husband moment, I realized that I didn't know how to do this simple task. The people here were absolutely amazing, and helpful. I left feeling confident that my wife was going to be happy with the selections made. A week later when she went to go and pick up the balloons, she was thrilled with the results, and I was relived that I didn't blow it. I'd happily spend money here again. Thanks all!

The store is nice, they have interesting things, with prices for all pockets. But the people there, and their practice, that's another matter.I ordered 2 items online and chose the store (the one on Vega Blvd., Mississauga) to pick them up when ready. Later, I got the email letting me know that my order (both items) was ready for pickup and my credit card has been charged accordingly. Then, one minute later, I received another email telling me that ONE ITEM HAS BEEN CANCELLED AT MY REQUEST, so they will reimburse my money IN TWO DAYS.At the store, when I picked up what was left of my order, I was told that they don't have my second item anymore. But that doesn't explain why at first, my COMPLETE order was ready for pickup, just long enough to be charged for it, and then one item cancelled, AT MY REQUEST they said, and it takes 2 days for reimbursement. Needless to say that I did NOT cancel anything. Now I'm waiting to see if I will be reimbursed by tomorrow.Hopefully I will get my money back, but something seems fishy to me anyways and I was, and still am, very frustrated. So, just be aware.A few days later:As expected, I got my money back. But this is besides the point. Still doesn't feel right everything that happened.While I appreciate owner's willingness to investigate, I'm not going to waste my time on the phone, trying to reach you. I had an attempt right after I've read the reply, hoping the indicated phone number is a direct line to somebody, but no, it wasn't. I had to go through the options the machine gave me, and then wait in line. That's when I decided it's not worth it, and hung up.If anybody really wants to find out what happened, you guys know how to find me. I am a phone call away, and happy to help in anyway I can.

Staff is friendly, okay selection for party/holiday occasions. I originally came here for gift bags, good selection but not much variety.

I’ve gone here for years for party supplies. So yes, Im giving 4 stars just because the prices CAN be a little crazy, but sometimes you gotta spend a little extra cash for really cool party supplies. You’ll ABSOLUTELY find things here that you wouldn’t at Dollarama, per say, so, it’s worth the money, it just hurts the wallet a little sometimes. I’d also like to say that the service here has been really great as of late, I recently ordered a bunch of balloons for my nieces graduation party and when I went to pick them up, they actually asked me if it would be okay if they redid the bunch because they weren’t happy with how the first ones came out. Like, yes, absolutely do what you guys gotta do to make them look their best, and it only took about 5 mins. Placing the balloon order was also really easy, I had some anxiety about placing the order because I wasn’t sure what the process was, but the cashier made it super easy and painless, much appreciated!

It was so refreshing to be dealing with such a kind and caring associate at Party City! I came in looking for some last minute party supplies and Yanique greeted me, walked me through my options, double checked to ensure I was purchasing exactly what I wanted and she kindly inquired about my event. I spend $60 on a balloon bouquet and one of the foil balloons were not inflated properly. They were in the bag so I didn’t see it. When I called them they wanted me to come back the same day. Otherwise they were not going to replace. I bought them on my way home while going home to start celebrating my daughters birthday. Would try a different location next time than this - not happy with the customer service.

Went in to get some supplies for my birthday today, staff are friendly and kind it's a unique environment of a what a party store should be it's very vibrant feeling you get when you enter the store, though it was my first visit I'd gladly come again they do have a lot of items way more than what you'd find at dollarama.

Not sure why this happened, but my father in law went to pick up my balloon order with the proper receipts,but for some reason you guys didn't give him the entire order. Luckily we noticed we were missing half our balloon order then I had to go pick up the rest of the order. Can you please explain how if you are given the receipt that this was missed on your end?? People rely on the service for their events.

Terrible experience with this store. I bought wrapping paper but didn’t like it when I went home. As It was still unopened, checked the receipt for return date and it had mentioned returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Went there to return it within the return window. However the staff mentioned it can only be returned within 7 days. They didn’t take the item back. How would customers know that the return window/days mentioned on receipt is not true. Staff need to explain this to customers when buying such items or the receipts need to be revised to include this info. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible customer service.Safety issues all throughout the store.Slow service.Damaged products.Highly recommend going to the Burlington or Dorval Dr location. Would never spend money here supporting the individuals managing. Have heard the way they talk to staff, and they should be ashamed.

We had an event for our company in October and had ordered some balloons for this event . The cashier took our order and explained to us how the balloons will look and inflated few of them to show us how different colours would look. She was very patient and helped us through the pre book. On the day when we picked up there were 3-4 ladies who were inflating and helping us load the car. Though we arrived early to pick up they had inflated almost all the balloons. Thank you Party city for making our event wonderful and all the staff who helped us through it ????
