Fast friendly service with a range of products to suit just about every need. Clerks are always willing to help in any way they can. And they have a grooming and self service wash area to accommodate pets.

Only pet store I will go to for all my dogs needs. Very knowledgeable, super friendly and they take the time to advise you on what your dogs needs are. Thank you, for all your recommendations for my puppy French bulldog!

This man Mike would not give my dog a treat while he took over ten minutes to not do my return on a jacket I bought my dog and I had a receipt. He said thier has been alot of theft but I had a receipt. He treated me like a thief and I work two jobs and did not steal my puppies jacket. Worst service I've had anywhere in my life.This location is so unprofessional "Mike" probably lied about his name. I went to the Pet value in Clarkson right afterwards and they gave my puppy a treat and did the return with no problem.

This is the most unreliable pet valu I’ve ever been to. Just so happens that every time I try to use the bath, the short girl with long hair and glasses (who has a big attitude for someone so small) is never accommodating and comes up with a reason why the bath is closed. I understand cleaning it may be annoying and tiresome, but if that’s not a responsibility you wish to take on then please find a location without a bath. I’ve been to several other locations where the staff is so amazing and so helpful. This is not one of them.

I have used this store for my pet purchases for the last 5 or 6 years. I actually drive out of my way to come to this specific store. The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Raj, the owner, goes out of his way to assist his customers. I thoroughly recommend this Pet Valu location
