Sent an online order to my home in British Columbia and did not include any bubble wrap or other packaging items to keep the order safe in transit. Two of the items completely smashed on the way to my house. Luckily Petsmart customer support was very helpful and refunded me for the items.

I would like to thank Adam for doing an amazing grooming for my dog. He was patient, listened and gave me great advice for length of fur during the winter months. I appreciate this kind of level of customer service which is very rare to find these days. This was the first time working with Adam and I’m very impressed. Thank you for taking care of my dog with kindness, gentleness and genuine interest. She was very happy too!
We will be back Adam!

The pricing is pretty good and there is a good variety of options for products. But I find that the stocks are often short for the less mainstream products but that is understandable. Service is a hit and missed depending on who you ask for help.

Wanted to write a review for the service I had today with Darrell! Very welcoming, informative, helpful and just such a pleasant vibe to be around. He’s very knowledgeable with reptiles and had very interesting stories about lizards. Which I appreciate because that’s what I have at home! Look forward to hearing more interesting facts and learning more about lizards in the future! He’s an asset to your Petsmart team!

I went to get fish for my fish tank and the worker that was transferring the fish from the tank into the bag didn't know how to transfer them properly. He would take them out of the water, keep them outside for a few seconds then he turned the net upside down and would drop the fish around 6-7” into the smaller container… the fish were so startled and traumatized my entire drive home. I was so worried they would die as they stopped moving when in the tank they were very active before he put them in the bag. Thankfully they made it through the night.

This page seems like a Kim fan club! I can definitely see why. She was great with my dog Milo. He has been to so many salons and he is not easy to groom. She had no issues with him and was so friendly we will keep him with her for future grooms. The rest of the employees were also nice and seemed happy to be there.
