I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Everything is overpriced even if it shows a sale price on it. If you walk down the hall to the Walmart you will see the same toys for way cheaper! I bought 2 items and went back to return them an hour after purchasing and the cashier and owner told me they don’t do refunds. I stated I was not told this before making the purchase nor is there any signage in the store whatsoever stating this and they replied, “it’s on your receipt.” I would have liked to been told this BEFORE my purchase, not after. They then said they used to have a sign on the counter but it kept getting ripped..this is super unfair to customers. This is terrible customer service, would not go back. Avoid at all costs!

The rudest lady and person I ever seen in retail industry. Clearly she doesn’t like her job and thinks being rude towards costumers is okay. It is not okay to be rude and disrespectful toward costumers ! Avoid this place at all cost!

I recently visited this toy store and was thoroughly impressed! The selection of toys was incredibly vast, with something for every age and interest. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wonderful toy shopping experience!

Wish, I could give 0 stars. Very rude owner! The lady can't stand a baby holding a toy in the store! She was forcing me to buy a toy just because my baby was holding it. Ridiculous. My husband was about to purchase just to shut her up, but I found it so ridiculous that I forced him not to buy under pressure and we left! Never coming again . worst experience ever! The toy was never damaged. My baby was just holding it.

If zero star is available, I would have given it to this store. Horrible store owner/manager behavior, rude and not co-operative at all, she refused to fix a price difference between two toys, saying that there is no return, I haven't even left the store, will never buy from it again EVER!

… okay i am not one to write reviews but this experience genuinely pissed me off. i called in to see if they had a specific toy i was looking for for my nephew and not only was the person i was talking to condescending, but she straight up lied to me??? she told me they had the toy and that it would be available on saturday and mind you i drive an hour to come to purchase the toy and low and behold they didn’t even sell anything like it! the least you could’ve done was check. not cool.

Awesome selection of toys and squishmallows!Fair prices and you can find things that haven’t been available in other stores for up to a few years! Great place to grab stuff you’ve missed out on. And definitely a gold mine for squishmallow collectors!Got some resissue beast wars transformers from here for a great price.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Their prices is way too expensive, over priced!! On July 13, 2023... My mother-in-law bought my daughter a Squishmallow for $25 that looks like a knock-off. My MIL at her age of course doesn't recognize genuine from fake ones. I was on the phone with her at the time she was paying at the cashier, and 2 seconds after, I said please return it. The lady in cash immediately and rudely said, once you pay there's no returning? My MIL was shocked because it's literally 2 seconds after paying that she was changing her mind, she did not even brought the stuffie outside the store. How can you not take it back? I will surely report this store further to consumer rights and I wish for nobody to experience what happened to us. Please stay away from this store for goodness sake. They will steal your hard earned money!!!
