I,have issue to cancel a transaction.
Call center agent did understand my question.
I,request transfer to supervisor or team leader,
He told no me " supervisor or team leader or senio
not available" I,spend more then one hour. My issue
(Problem not solved), I,am very disappointed with
Pc financial services/call center & decided to cancel
my account & services. (Conversation is recorded)

i signed up for this bank and they seem great but after i closed this account they held onto my money that i had in my bank and refuses to give anything back .. they told me i had to wait 2-3 weeks to get a check. so 3 weeks came they kept telling me they sent my money. i check every day in mail and nothing came so i called in everyday for a week asking where’s my money??? they kept saying it’s coming till few days ago… another worker said it’s not sent yet. like ok wth why did they tell me it’s sent and now it’s not? they said now i have to wait 30 business days now!!! like wow. so i have to wait 30 business days for them to send a check n how long till it’s actually here. i dunno why this bank won’t give me my money! after that i requested a letter to state my account is closed….. they said i have to wait 10 days to just get an email. ok so i waited 10 days she then i got a email but it was the wrong person account letter that they sent! the persons name on there was close to my name but how can they make thw mistake. our address is different. not even in same city that person n me. so after i call in and complain… i ask for new letter but this time give me my account name on this letter. but guess what??? i have to wait another ten days! they made a mistake but i have to wait even longer!!???!!! it doesn’t take ten days to type up a letter!!!!!!! one of the WORSE customer service. SLOW service and always plays games with me and LIE and LIE. as of today i don’t even know if i’m gonna get my money!!! i feel like i got robbed!!!!!

Hang up on me again! Horrible customer service!!! There this mean woman from account receivable is soooo rude! You don’t deserve a job! I don’t want to give any stars not even half!
