I needed to print images on vinyl paper and clearly stated this in my initial email. The day before placing my order, I also called to specify that I needed images printed on something other than regular paper for holiday stocking stuffers. When I received the prints, they initially looked great, but to my surprise, they were printed on sticker paper rather than plain vinyl. To reiterate, when I spoke to the representative, they did not mention any distinction between adhesive vinyl and regular vinyl.
The quote I received stated, "2 PCS - 12 x 18 Vinyl Sticker Printing," but as I am not familiar with their internal naming conventions, I did not realize this meant the images would be printed as a sticker. I explicitly requested vinyl—not adhesive vinyl—in my initial email and phone conversation. This means I was quoted for the wrong product without realizing it. While I accept that I misinterpreted the quote, after two conversations with their representatives, the distinction between adhesive vinyl and regular vinyl was never explained. I take issue with being held fully responsible for the misunderstanding because, while I am not an expert in paper products and printing, *they* are.
When I called to explain the issue and how the adhesive vinyl had ruined my craft project, the sales representative became defensive. They told me I needed to read the quote more thoroughly and even commented on my "attitude," noting that I didn’t understand their process. To that, I agree—I don’t work in printing and rely on their expertise to guide me. However, no one informed me that prints on plain vinyl were only available for larger formats than I needed.
I underscore this point because, in two separate conversations—via phone and email—no one clarified the distinction between the options. As a result, I do not believe I am solely to blame, as I am not familiar with their internal processes or offerings.
This situation could have been easily avoided if the representative had confirmed the details during the order process. A simple question like, "Do you want regular vinyl or adhesive vinyl?" would have allowed me to make an informed decision or take my business elsewhere. Instead, when I raised the issue, the representative focused on assigning blame rather than offering a constructive solution. While I did eventually receive a refund after pressing, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and dismissed.
Having worked in customer service for years, I understand that being solution-oriented is far more effective than blaming the customer. While I don’t believe the customer is always right, in this case, the representative could have handled the situation with more professionalism and a willingness to resolve the problem.
However, while the prints did look great, it is ultimately up to the customer to double-check their quote and possibly cross-reference with other companies. It seems one cannot fully rely on their representatives to disclose all details about their offerings and limitations, which is unfortunate because I did not expect to have to be a paper and printing expert to get a dozen images printed on regular vinyl.
As a result, I will not be returning to this business.

Print didn’t come out as expected but no proper explanation was given prior that it wouldn’t turn out like the original document. Once everything was printed and done, they explained why it turned out differently. The front desk service lady was extremely rude and did not care.

The first bad review I leave for a business… I ordered a foam sign back in September. I paid for 2-day turnaround printing and express shipping. The printing was done within 2 business days but they only shipped it out on the 3rd day after at 3pm which according to Printcloud Support is their policy… Ok sure, but what’s the point of having a 2-day turnaround for printing if you’re only going to ship it a full day later?😂 Then the express shipping was delayed, which means I only received the sign after a full week (ordered it Monday evening and received the following Monday at noon). Once it arrived, the package and sign were severely damaged making the sign unusable! I contacted Printcloud Support. At first they offered to refund the express shipping fee - they never did. I followed up and stated this is insufficient. The sign arrived super late, damaged and unusable… it should be fully refunded. They never responded despite my follow up. Would not recommend this company.

I came here twice, my first time was alright with the price. And now I came back again he charged me $5 dollars to print 4 pages black and white. And my mom went back to print one page and charged her $3 dollars. What kind of place is this. Total scammers!!!

Printed multiple times where the image was cut off or colour was wrong and the guy tried to convince me it was a problem with the file. When i showed him that i had printed a smaller version previously which was perfect- he had nothing to say. Do not print here, its a huge waste of time.

Zero star. This place is a scam. They charged CAD 5 for a single page print out. These people are class A scammers.Goto to PostNet instead if you want print outs.

Avoid this place if possible! I just printed because I needed it for tomorrow.... they charge a $3 "processing fee" and .50 cents the black and white print/page, $1 for color.. So I needed to print one page chose black and white because 1 dollar per page makes no sense .... paid with a 5 dollar bill he still charged me $4 dollars for TAXES HAHAHA what a joke. And on top tried to sell us a TV box for $200 and $20 monthly.

Spoke with them on the phone and resent purchase order for safety signs. 3 days later and not even a response.
