My family has been a client of Priority Print for roughly 20 years. There is a reason for that. Roy and Pearl deliver excellent service, have great pricing and are very accommodating for rush orders. Thank you for everything!

When a store has to run a second business in the shop (FedEx pickup point) that is usually a sign that they don't do well with their original business and need a second income. This place has horrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owners are very arrogant and won't even acknowledge this either.

Consider extending your operation hours,since you are a pick up point for FEDEX .9am -4 pm Monday -Friday and closed on weekends doesn’t work for your customer,who is working 9-5 .Do I need to take a day off to pick up my FEDEX package.???

Worst customer service. The owner talks down to her customers. I asked her for help because someone changed the settings and her answer was “if you don’t know how to use computers… The computer is for people that know how to use it” and I know how to use a computer perfectly fine. I don’t recommend coming to this location if you want an easier experience.

Priority Print goes above and beyond!FedEx lost my package (that I shipped to my new address in San Francisco), then claimed they couldn't process compensation until they got a release from the shipper (which was errantly listed as Priority Print Plus instead of me). Roy went above & beyond, responding extremely promptly to my initial email, and following up with his FedEx relationships to solve my problem. I'd gladly ship with Priority Print Plus again knowing how helpful they'll be if anything goes wrong.

Very rude lady at the counter. Didn't even respond to my greetings. I acknowledge I made a mistake by not reading the sign that they're not accepting walk in customers due to covid 19, and I wouldn't have entered if I had read it, but at least you can have the courtesy of talking politely to people. Instead this lady just told me "you have to learn to read signs before going into shops." Very condescending and rude especially when it takes no effort to just politely respond to greetings.
Some people just don't know how to do business.
Definitely not going there again even after covid and will not be recommending a place where employees lack basic manners.

We got to know about this place through Instagram ad. I reached out and Roy was swift to respond. I sent him the requirements over email and he made them ready in no time. I loved the quality and professional service. Definitely recommend for your printing needs.
