The first time I have shipped with Qtrex International. My shipment arrived quickly and without any issues, awaiting my second. Great customer service, couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely be using them again.

Worst shipping company in the world.We send three barrels from Canada to Kingston Jamaica, and we only got 2 out 3 and over a year now we haven't received it and no compensation.They are thief's.

Yes it is cheap but I will not be using again I shipped from Canada to Kingston Jamaica. Since July 28,2024 I was told it will take 2-3 weeks to get to Jamaica. It is now October 9,2024 and the barrel is no where to be found.
I went to Jamaica in hopes of clearing the barrel and throughout my whole vacation guess what no barrel. I came back the 28 of August that's a month since it was sent so I was like okay a little delay that's fine. But September come and has left us it's now October that's just utterly unrealistic at this point I am beginning to wonder if my barrel was sent to Jamaica. I called Kingston and was told the container is not there so I called Qtrex here in Canada and was told the container is there and they'll send an email to Kingston and the person who's picking it up should go with trn to pick it up. I said but we called two days ago and it's not there he said it's there. The person that is going to pick it up call them (Kingston) again and was told the container isn't there so I called qtrex again and this time spoke with a lady. She said the container will be there tomorrow October 10,2024 and that Kingston sent an email. Okay so once they empty that container it will take another week so I should wait 3 months for a barrel that was suppose to take 3 weeks? And the fact that they are so nonchalant and dismissive about it. And also when I was in Jamaica august I called and they told me the barrel will be there next week so clearly some lie is happening. Was it that my barrel was not sent the time YOU as in Qtrex said it will be shipped off? Mind you they picked the barrel up on the Sunday which is the day they said the container is leaving because they don't have storage space so if it left that very same day shouldn't it be in Jamaica by now. This is such an inconvenience and that is why I should stick to what I know. This is the first and will be the last. I strongly believe my barrel is lost or was stolen but I will wait until the end of the week since the young miss said tomorrow. Until then, thank you!

I came from Barrie to mississauga and was arriving after the business was closed I called and they waited on me and held to offload and properly secured my shipment this is what I call service

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional! Threatened to hold my cargo because they were upset when I called them out for bad customer service and rudeness. Do not use this business and check their reviews THOROUGHLY! They have lots of complaints and low stars for a reason!

Very easy to do business with. Emails responded to promptly, was able to quickly get a quote on a shipment to Antigua.

I had been trying to find the tracking number for 2 barrels that were sent in July2024, since I didnt have the receipt, I wasnt sure what was going to happen. I phoned Q-trex and Hardat really checked his system both digitally and manually....and found the tracking number for the 2 barrels. I cant tell you what a relieve it was to hear that. He also said they would assist in in getting the barrels in Guyana. Thank you, a thousand times, greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I just received a threat from the owner of Qtrex when he read my honest review. He threatened me to hold my shipment until i pay him US$200. Like I said before people, Check the complaints about Qtrex on Better Business Bureau. They have quite a rap sheet of complaints. Buyer beware. The worst customer service experience on the planet. Lies about shipping dates, rude unprofessional behavior. Delays almost three months. Still no arrival. The owner told me to post a positive review about my experience before I can even speak to him. All I can say is buyer beware. They walk among us. I consider my shipment lost. Next step Better Business Bureau for resolution. Not holding my breath though. I pray for you. Romans 12:19 and Deut 32:35. I speak the blood of Jesus against you and all that concerns you. I will stand still and see the salvation of my God. JEHOVAH is His name. May He curse your business and may it shrivel up and die like a fig tree.
