Last Saturday we visited the store to upgrade our phones from city phone to Rogers. My wife and I both have iPhone 13's so we were helped by Tamara and Aisha. These two young ladies were awesome and stuck with us until the conversion was finished. My Rogers customer service was dealing with our issues. They cleaned our phones up beautifully! Thank you for such a great service!

Excellent service at Rogers Southdown location. Omar was diligent in explaining all the purchase and plan options available. He was personable, patient and detailed in his delivery of the information.

We had a great experience at Rogers Southdown on April 2. Aisha was incredible in sorting out a new cell phone for my husband (who wanted the smallest phone available!). Great customer service and we would definitely go back and recommend to a friend. Thanks again to Aisha for all your help.

Thank you so much, Antoine and Aisha. I was dreading going to a Rogers store as I came across several bad reviews for rogers at other locations. Then I saw that rogers store at the clarkson location had really good reviews. I took a chance and these guys made my day! There was a very short wait time outside, but i was called in within 10 minutes, and from there I was easily able to switch to a new rogers connection. Antoine was very thorough and extremely patient while explaining how everything would work. Thank you so much!
