Rogers you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself with who you hire! 2 guys in that store today were very confrontational saying “you can leave now” and literally herding me out the door. All I wanted to do is look a couple phones and was confronted and bullied by these guys. So disgusting and unprofessional— I mean seriously when has it been a crime to look at new products?!? Both those guys need to be fired for how they acted today — no place in this world for bullying or forceful actions to a customer

I went to this location 2116 Burnhamthorpe Road inquiring about the cost of a new Fido phone because mine got water damage. I met Omar the Rogers Rep. I did not go with the intentions of purchasing a new phone neither switching from Fido after being with them for many many years. But, with the exceptional customer service I received from Omar, he sold me. This young man is pleasant, knowledgeable of the products, personable, friendly, articulate and commands every area of his job responsibilities with accuracy and integrity, Omar, did not complete my contract until he got be the BEST deal on a new Rogers phone and contract. Omar, is the epitome of what customer service should be. I have no regrets switching providers just because of my exceptional customer service experience with Omar.

I have seen rogers stores in many places but not with this level of security.Its disgusting that customer enquiries are answered over intercom.We are paying money not for getting enquiries anwered over intercom.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location with my friend who is confined to a wheelchair ♿️ and is a senior citizen.
A staff member by the name of John Valle, did not hesitate to come and help my friend by holding the door.
As we entered, we were greeted and welcomed by every staff member. We then had the pleasure of dealing with Omar.
Omar went above and beyond his regular duties to assist my friend in getting a new cellphone. He adjusted my friend's plan so that he's paying the same thing he is paying now.
Ty the manager made sure that his staff was on standby and had everyone assisting us.
Sohaib and Anna also assisted my friend with putting a screen protector on.
All in all it has been a very long time that I have experienced exceptional customer service from any Roger's store.
I highly recommend this location if you want good staff and exceptional customer service.
I never bought anything for myself, however, my friend receiving his new phone and the kindness of the staff, made me felt like I was getting a new phone

Just had 2 fabulous troubleshooting situations resolved beyond my expectations by Shoaib. Didn’t even purchase a product however, was helped to resolve account issues. Highly recommend this location for all your cell phone services. Shoaib went over and above in customer service accommodating a senior citizen.
