Sinduja was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She devoted quite sometime to make sure I understood everything. However, I am surprised why I didn't get earphones with my new Samsung S24. I usually get it from Rogers when i get a new phone. Please let me know why. Thanks.

Terrible customer services provided from Navjot Kaur and assistant manager JP. They lied to us and made empty promises on promotions. They wasted our time and we’ve loss out on good deals instead of looking elsewhere. Roger’s Customer Service charter states that customers are placed first…well, they definitely don’t uphold that statement or keep their promises altogether. Avoid this location!!! Rating of one star is too high for this place.

I was helping by a young lady named Sinduja. She is a very nice person, she has a very good knowledge about everything in her job from excellent communication skills to all phones/tablets and accessories. And most important is she always ready to help me with anything I need to know. Not only that, she suggests to me a lot of new and interesting information about promotions, offers from Rogers and Fido since I am a NEW member/customer of Rogers and Fido.
Very very very good customer service/support and excellent knowledge staff. Thank you Sinduja for your excellent customer service.
