Roxy Vape Shop is a long-standing business that many customers have frequented for years, from being a teenager to over five years. The store is noted for its fantastic, great, and welcoming staff and service, with helpful and professional employees who provide amazing customer service. They are described as understanding, offering good recommendations, and handling situations like product complaints or out-of-stock items with quick thinking and a willingness to replace items without charge. The shop has an amazing atmospheric atmosphere and is reliably open, even on holidays and until 11 PM.
However, some customers note that the selection of juices does not change much month to month, with a repeated lack of new flavours and a desire for more options beyond fruit ice varieties. While sometimes out of stock for specific requests, the staff provides suitable alternates. Overall, it is considered a go-to store with a level of excellence and a performance that many feel cannot be found elsewhere.
Had Jake working saturday, was very helpful and knew his stuff, helped me with all my questions and he was very polite. Definetly appreciate his customer service.
