Was able to get an appointment within 24hr for an oil change and winter tire swap. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. They also diagnosed an exhaust leak free of charge. Will definitely bring my car back to get the exhaust leak fixed and for future services.

Sonu, Will and Jot are impeccable, they are knowledgeable, courteous and diligent in getting any job done. For the past months I get my personal vehicle serviced here. They are an honest person, as well as they make you feel valued, important and accommodate despite their busy schedule. I had a very positive experience at Royal Windsor Auto Service! Claudio was very helpful, honest, and his garage team provided very quick service. We even had a chance to see our car part that had to be removed so we had more understanding of the work involved. This was our first time at RWAS, and they will be our first call if we are ever in need of more car care.

Excellent, trustworthy and very reasonable. I live in Toronto and I drive over 45 km to get here. I would never take my car anywhere else. Sonu takes the time to explain the repairs needed to keep me and my family safe. I’m so happy we found such a good and honest shop.

I visited last week to this shop to get my brakes checked, and I was told they were only 50% worn. Despite this, he advised changing them immediately. When the supplier delivered the parts, I was there, and the cost was clearly marked at $236, yet I received a quote for $970. My brother, who’s a mechanic, confirmed this was an extreme markup. I strongly recommend avoiding this place or at the very least, insist on seeing the original invoice for any parts. Nowhere else charges like this – worst experience and untrustworthy

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to overcharging and poor customer service. It felt like they were adding unnecessary repairs to inflate the bill. The owner’s attitude was unprofessional and lacked respect for customers, making it an uncomfortable experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this place as I feel they are not being upfront about car issues and are potentially taking advantage of customers. I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you value transparency and fair treatment.

I had a terrible experience here. My car was mishandled, the charges were way higher than expected, and the service quality was far below standard. I encountered unprofessional behavior, especially from someone named Sonu, who seemed rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it's a dishonest and unreliable business. Save your time and money by going elsewhere..

Sonu was very professional in handling my car's problem. Before everything else, he gave me a quotation, and most importantly, he explained to me thoroughly what is to be done and the possible situations that may occur even after the repair, attending to all my queries. Three days prior, he also fixed a minor problem with my vehicle again as he explained to me the details. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Not only did they do an excellent job with servicing my Kia Soul, they told me a delivery truck hit my bumper while it was waiting for service, and then they fixed the damage for me. Incredibly honest, especially given the reputation of many auto service shops. Credit to Sonu for the repair. Will use their shop for all service and collision work in the future.

Brought my car in today for an oil change and because it had started making some pretty concerning sounds lately. The communication here was incredible and the prices were so reasonable! I stumbled across this place while looking for a mechanic and checked it out because of the great reviews and I would definitely recommend bringing your car here!
