I like the new layout and find it to be tidy and spacious! Shout out to Johnny (I believe that was his name, my apologies if not) in skincare who assisted me, being patient and chill while giving great recommendations for my needs! I gave a three star rating bc of my later observations/experience wandering around the store; I still find it hard to get help (not speaking about associates already assisting customers) as some associates seem standoffish, or have a ‘can’t be bothered to help’ attitude. This location tends to be a hit or miss so just a warning ‼️

I visited the Sephora at Square One on Sunday and was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained the store was. The testers were organized, products were clearly cared for, and I noticed staff actively sanitizing and tidying the makeup displays. This was a noticeable contrast to my experiences at the Sherway location, where products often appear misplaced and unclean.
However, my checkout experience was disappointing. I approached the register to process a return and also intended to purchase additional items. The cashier with a full face painting and ZERO customer service skills very rude and moody assisted me (if you want to call it that.) She seemed unsure of the process, provided no guidance, and did not ask for my Beauty Insider information. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful, which was surprising given the otherwise high standard of the store.
While I appreciate the cleanliness and effort put into maintaining the sales floor, the lack of basic customer service at checkout significantly detracted from the experience. I would expect staff at a flagship location like Square One to be adequately trained and engaged, particularly when handling returns and purchases. I would also assume this person is not in any way a pleasure to work with because 5 minutes with her felt like 5 hours of torture and misery.

If i could give them a 0 rating i could have done that , there is a 0 customer service . I bought stuff in their sale which was in november , since i am not a rouge member i paid my friend to order some stuff . However rhode glazing milk and serum caused acne on my face and i asked my friend to process a return , its a 60 day period to return . However when i went there to return they said oh it has crossed 30 days interval
And now they cannot do the return and then when i asked how did they let us process the return online , she said the money had already been sent to ur friends account . So check with your friend . My friend never recieved any money . Scamsters and fradulent people at sephora misguiding people.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had had with your holiday sales associate- Jizara. I had been struggling to carry my Christmas shopping and she, very kindly, offered to help me carry it to my car. She truly exemplified the holiday spirit, and was honestly a godsend. I very much hope that you will consider keeping this charming young lady on after the holiday period.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Naima. Even though the store was extremely busy, she took the time to help me find the most suitable products based on my needs. She was patient, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire shopping experience.
Naima assisted me with everything—from product selection to answering all my questions—and never once made me feel rushed. While checking out, we even discovered that we share the same birthday, which made the experience even more special and memorable.
Excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and genuine care for customers. Thank you, Naima, for making my visit so pleasant. Highly recommend her! 😊

Arnold was honestly amazing ! He went above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and with a great attitude on the craziest time of year at Sephora … unlike others that roll the eyes in front of you in the store .
Give Arnold a raise he most definitely deserves it !

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the customer service I received at this store on my birthday 2weeks back.
I chose to shop at Sephora on my special day, planning to treat myself, and made a significant purchase of approximately $100. However, the experience was ruined by the cashier.
Not only did the associate fail to acknowledge that it was my birthday or offer the standard Sephora birthday gift (which is a basic perk of the rewards program), but was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The interaction made me feel embarrassed and completely spoiled what should have been a happy occasion.
The lack of basic courtesy and the dismissive attitude of the staff member are unacceptable. I expect a much higher standard of customer service from Sephora, especially given my loyalty as a customer. This experience has genuinely soured my view of the brand.
I hope management addresses this issue with their staff to prevent others from having their day ruined by such poor service.
