Air pump not working time ran out just for me to pump 1 tire. refund will take blood and sweat not worth the effort. plus attendant at the location NOT I repeat NOT helpful! went over to petro canada for air no hustle.. this situation wont stop me from using shell I recommending for free air

All I know for being an everyday customer that I'm not going to be coming back here anymore. Not only that, there's an ESO right in front of it, but the customer service disgusted me today....
No more coming to this location. I know me not coming to this location will not affect but I'll still say I'm an everyday customer and I was disgusted by the service and I'm not going to show up to this location anymore....
And I Hope everybody that reads. This comments do the same because customer service sucks at this location....

I went this carwash today. 2024-09-12 4.45pm. My code did not work. I called the counter and asked for help to come out to open the door. Because 5 vehicles were behind me and cannot open my door as it was very close to the machine. The counter person (an Indian guy M) came shouting and said that the car wash is working, you have to go out yourself. I explained that it’s not your problem or car wash problem. It’s the system or network problem, but help me to come out and give chance to others. Because I cannot reverse. He was shouting and wasn’t opening the doors and went back. Another guy came and opened the doors at once to come out. He was shouting at me like street dogs. I’m so disappointed with their customer service.

I do not like this gas station. I have never in my life before had my ID checked for a lighter. The man at the counter was showing me a lot of attitude and said an ID is required to buy a lighter?? For what reason?? I was buying the lighter to light the candles for my big brother’s bday cake, I was floored!! I’m very upset by this and how I was treated I would not come here sorry

Staff here is great, especially Mitin. I had an issue pumping gas and he personally came out to assist me. Every time I visit I feel like I am engaging with professionals. This is not some random dumpy gas station, when I visit Shell, especially this location, I feel like I’m dealing with real professionals with respect and passion for their job and service they provide.

Clicked the 87 octane button before fueling, pump charged me for the 97 octane, told the attendant who claimed many customers like myself "accidentally" click the higher octane fuel buttons, not sure if I actually got the higher octane fuel, never happened to me before.

Worst experience ever. I waited 30-40 minutes for my car wash and went inside. It put the foam on my car and then it just went off. After waiting for some time, I called them and a guy named 'DHRUV' came and asked me to park my car outside. After describing the issue, he said that he'll offer a rewash code to me. So I asked him, since I didn't wash my car yet and I can't go with foam on my car if he can ask the others who are in the line to move backwards, as me; who is the first in line didn't get my car wash yet and I don't want to wait another hour for my car wash again. He said, he won't do it and he is not able to do anything other than a wash code. He was acting very rude and not even trying to help me. I then talked to his manager 'VISHAL' who was again telling stories and denying all my requests. I then went inside the store and asked for a cash refund instead of a car wash code as I don't want to do any more wash there at all. They denied that too and asked me to call Shell for a refund. My complaint is about the attitude of these people who work there as they are supposed to be polite to their customers. I can see other Google reviews here complaining about the same guy 'DHRUV'. I'm filing a complaint against both of them as of now. I'll never go near this place anymore.

Car wash didn't work at first when i asked the person for re-wash he said no after 30 minutes of negotiation he said yes was worried for the expense of there own not the time of customer date5 march 2024 time 11:30 am
