The girl at the counter in the evening shift today on December 30, is so rude and arrogant. She doesn't know how to speak to customers.
She should learn customer service skills.

Many times I had a bad experience with their gas pumps. They may randomly stop fueling even if your tank is empty. I tried dufferent pumps and visited them multiple times. It is not besause if my car. Never had this issue with any other Shell locations. I don't recommend this particular location because of my personal experience with their gas pumps.
