I was at this gas station yesterday I put gas, I bought a snack and I used the washroom and I have to say to my surprise that washroom was very clean and tidy also there was an Indian young man I belelive his name was Anktul or something like thats he is very kind and smily.

I would just say customer service is not only about providing services to customer but also providing services to non customers who come to ask for something or other example directions or use of washroom etc. Your guys at store are just into selling the products as if they show are not being sold. Running business is not about selling products its about selling service so that your business grows you retain current cx and also gain new ones. Sorry but I won't visit this location again for anything.

I work just next to 500m at metro. My experience with guy in the night the thin asain guy is horrible. This guys puts the logo and been found sleeping or talking to phone with earpods. Today was most horrible been waited and banged door alot but he went to his deep sleep. Very disrespectful attitude, in canada people dont have jobs who has are misusing it.

Ive pumped gas twice and the meter went up half of any other station. At first i thought it was in my mind but no. Gas is 1.30 no reason i only went up 1 mark. Somethings off about this place

Always went there for my gas and store purchases, last week for the first time I had a bad encounter with one of the station employees that was just starting his morning shift, as I was opening the door to exit the store he was trying to enter. So I asked him to give me a chance to leave as he was blocking my way, and ooh my God he lost his temper and started yelling at me with Racial Terms, these were his words exactly " you guys come to the Station and Who do you think you are" and when I asked him what he meant by "you guys" he gave me the Middle finger multiple times and started a shouting match with me. Now I am 62 Years old a Financial Services Professional and I don't need all this hassle just to be able to get Gas. If I didn't care for the Shell Quality, I wouldn't be there in the first place, if you care for the Shell name please do something about, if you need more details, I'll be glad to provide.

Night time employee (Old Guy) was so rude and he didn’t give me my chance completely. I asked my change and he said this is your punishment. I asked him second time and finally he gave me my chance. He is stealing people's money. I’ll never go again..
