About Shell
The Shell station is well-known for its popular touchless car wash, which is quick and convenient to start via the Shell app. The service is generally easy to use, and many customers appreciate the ease of the touchless process. However, during busy times, there can be long waits, with some customers waiting behind several cars, especially in the winter when waiting times can extend up to an hour. The car wash is often busy, even late at night, with queues of cars still waiting at midnight. While the high-pressure water and foam effectively clean light stains, deeper dirt may require additional wiping with a cloth or brush for a thorough clean. Gas prices are average—not particularly competitive but not overpriced. Customer service experiences are generally neutral, with some staff providing excellent service. Overall, the station is a busy spot with good services, but waiting times and cleaning quality are points to consider.

I had a really bad experience with the person working on Sunday 27 Sep at 3 pm, very rude and unprofessional (He has attitude too) I decided not to put fuel in that station, and I would like to speak with the Gas station Manager or Shell head office.

Machine has fault and no notice displayed or it should be informed to customer or machine should be out of order. When asked rather doing compensation or apology rude behavior… poor service

This is my second revieew, I wish I could give a hundred 1 stars or zero stars if I could. You wont be able to use their washroom unless you provide a receipt to prove you are a customer.
