Unfortunately my car was damaged during the wash. When I exited, I noticed significant scratches and a flat Tire that were not there beforehand. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but the experience was disappointing overall. I recommend checking your vehicle carefully after using this car wash

their vacuum doesn’t work and there was no sign to communicate that. very disappointed. i emptied my whole car, motivated to vacuum in this freezing weather all for the machine to not work. at least employee was kind to give me my refund but that doesn’t change the principle of things. i asked to try the second one and get a refund if it didn’t work since i had already emptied my entire car, and that was not an option.
even though shell doesn’t own those vacuums, checks should be done. very irresponsible.

I’m loyal to this location because it’s close by and has car wash. Shell recently changed from soft cloth wash to touchless wash. The comparison of vehicle wash is disappointing. The soft cloth wash was far better and a lot quicker too. I’m not sure why car washes are moving to touchless which doesn’t do a good job.

Horrible Service and Poor Attitude
I had an awful experience with Prabh, the gas station attendant. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the car wash service was terrible — my vehicle was not washed properly at all, with dirt and residue still clearly visible. It looked like it was not washed.
I would not recommend this gas station or its car wash based on this experience.

Car wash timing is incorrect I travelled for 10km after friends recommendation but it was closed they should have mentioned the correct timing to not get confused

I needed some air in my tire and the machine DE-FLATED my tire and gave me a flat. Thats after i spend $2.50. But the attendant said I have to contact the third party. So I lost time and money and they didnt even put an OUT OF ORDER SIGN??? FAIL!

I been coming to this gas station for 10 years , let that sink in for a moment a regular for a decade . I literally live less than 200 meters from said gas station. And every time they ask for I.D, I don't look 19 , 25 years old . I am almost 40 . I get asking the first 50 times If someone is actually that dense but every time same attendants 247 ? I've worked in clubs serving thousands of people and I remember all my regulars ( over 300 ppl ) why is it this place hires such stupid people ? Same person over , over , and over and you have to ask for i.d , I show i.d and don't make a point of saying anything directly, I have in the past because it gets to a Point the stupidity pisses people off. I can only handle so much stupidity till I have to say something again . Now I'm writing a review so maybe staff can comprehend the fusturation I now take my business to Rabba up the street who only asked ONCE for i.d and remember me . Lost my business at over 500$ a month . Goodluck !

Guys come at this location, I am coming every time over this place and getting cheaper gas than other Gas station. Today, right now the price is 129.6 🤩🤩🤩
