On June 16th, I bought a car wash ticket when I was refueling at this gas station. However, when the car was in the middle of washing, the car wash system had a problem and suddenly stopped cleaning. At the same time, the dryer stopped working, and the curtain that should have been opened automatically did not open. The car was scratched by brushes and curtains that stopped working inside. I went to talk to the staff and they simply wrote down the message that someone would call me, but it has been a week and there is no apology call, no information about the repair or compensation, I have been to this gas station three times and still no one has contacted me, this is ridiculous! Not even a phone call to apologize.

No touchless, only soft touch. I selected touchless wash through the app and it gave me softwash, resulting in whirlpool scratches on my car. Please fix up.

If you're looking for TOUCHLESS, DO NOT COME HERE. On the app, it gave both touchless and cloth option. But when you select touchless, it's still the cloth option!

Please train your employees how to use a Native tax exempt card. I had a terrible experience with an untrained employee named Dilpreet he laughed when I told him my card would give an exemption on the tax from the products I was purchasing. He said he was unable to call a manager and then ended up telling me that Shell doesn’t accept my card at all. I felt like this boy had no customer service skills and as if this interaction was of me talking to a random person on the street and I was begging them to accept my card. It is my right as a Native American to use my card & to not feel less than when I bring it up.Please, please acknowledge this & Train Your Employees.
