Don’t visit this car wash , i requested the lady there to get me a rewash cause the car was still dirty , she said you have to wipe your car’s dust ( most people dust their car themselves) . I have been to other shell touchless locations as well , never had this issue .

The man working at the 2. cashier is very rude and disrespectful. He does not represent the Shell brand well. He should learn how to speak to customers first

None of the pumps would accept my cards at 4am trying to fill up - tried to ask for help but the doors were locked and no-one was around.

Pathetic cash wash, doesn’t do the job.
My car is still dirty after the wash.
There was no foam at all and seemed like it isn’t working.

This is worst car wash experience I ever have. I washed my car twice but the result was same. Car did not get clean properly. Navneet who was working at this station not even interested to give proper resolution to our problem.

I filled my gas tank and had to go the washroom. To my surprise, it was locked and the bald guy, wouldn’t even give me the courtesy to use the washroom for a quick second. Add to that, he comes to the door and starts laughing. Most Shell’s actually give you the courtesy, and it wasn’t even 12am yet, and many other gas stations are open door policy in the surrounding areas. I filled up at this gas station frequently, and the other employees were often courteous enough from time to time. As long as the bald guy with the old silver Corolla is still working there, I’ll go fill my gas at surrounding gas stations !!!

navneet girl who served us was very rude and not at all interested in working on gas station she should be trained well to how she should treat customers also when we left she just picked her phone and started talking on phone continuously

Usually this shell gas station location has reasonably priced gas compared to the surrounding area. Tried their touchless car wash. My car was due for a good clean. For $12.99 + tax (basic wash) it did a job well done. It cleaned the majority of the brake dust on 3/4 of my rims/tires. Only one rim was not cleaned 100%. The lady working there doesn’t understand customer service and is very abrupt in her approach. If you don’t want to interact with the staff download the SHELL app and connect your CAA membership for extra rewards & discounts. There is usually pumps available so no need to wait a long time to fill up. Close to the highway for easy access.
