I went there at about 8.30 21:50， when I come back home I can’t find my credit card .i phone the shell, an Indian girl pick up the phone .after I tell her and ask her to find if my card was there ,she talk to others for other things for a long time and she didn’t answer me just let me wait .if the surprise see my word ,punish her

I normally fill my gas at Shell as my car runs better than any other gas. I visit the gas station quite a time’s as prices are lower in the evenings. Plus if you want to buy/check a lottery tickets it is a good location .

I prepaid at this pump and my car took less gas in my car at the pump. I was told by the cashier that shell refunds the difference immediately but I have not been refunded the difference after 2 weeks. I was on a road trip from Halifax and have just switched from Esso to Shell for the CAA points. Unfortunately all 5 gas stations have done the same thing (not adjusting the prepaid amount to the actual amount put in the vehicle). This is practically theft and so much time I have to spend investigating/proving to get my pennies back. I regret switching to Shell.

I was just there for some reason my CAA wasnt working for the gas 3 cent discount. Instead of helping me the attendats treated me like some sort of criminal. I called CAA they said no reason the card shouldnt be working I had to call Shell and now have to send in all my reciepts. Worst service ever. I have never done a review for a gas station before but this is rediculous we have to prepay so we cannot use Air Miles, now no CAA discount and instead of helping they made everyone in the store think I stole a CAA card. I am so angry

My go to place! Always clean and they always had the automatic fuel filling handles before the law changed in 2020 or so! Staff are wonderful especially John he’s so funny!

Been a regular customer for years and never had any problems, card reader declined once and the older man cashing me out got mad saying I was trying to steal and knew what I was doing. Pretty rude since he’s cashed me out many times before and I’ve always paid for everything and even corrected him when he didn’t charge me for an item before.

Seem to be out of fuel too many times. Mickey mouse operation with tape on the pumps. Done going there. Back to Canadian Tire. Shell has old style pumps. Canadian tire has tap and pump. Way ahead of Shell.
