I often come to the gas station late at night, on my way home from work.. every time I come here, before I even get to the window as late at night there’s no entry in.. you are served at the window.. but every time I come now for a few months … and I’ve started coming to this gas station which is almost a year now.. the attendant already has what I always get ready for me by the time I get to the window .. he sees me and right away gets what I want.. always greets me with a warm smile and is always so friendly and so respectful. Truly amazing customer service! And because of this I look forward to stopping in and giving this Shell my business ,and there is actually a Shell Gas station that’s much closer to my home.. the exceptional service has without a doubt made me a loyal customer. This is why I felt , a positive review was due! He deserves recognition !! Every employee should attain this level of service and standards on how good customers should be treated .. a huge thank you to you Parwez… you are the BEST! Thank you for always making me feel very welcomed , always remembering me and what I come for and most importantly making me feel like a valued customer. ??

Not a place for car wash. Especially do not buy the card that has five washes. Total waste of money and time.

it has happened twice to me, once i am exiting the car wash and thankgod before even i could exit, within micro seconds, the exit door closes down, and meanwhile, the next car had entered the car wash too. i waited but no use, then i had to call shell gas pump telephone and tell them to open the exit door. the worker on the gas station told me, oh it’s technical glitch, we will fix it.second time again, exiting the car wash and my car is in the middle of exiting, and i see door coming down again, neither i could drive forward or reverse, thankgod it stopped just a few cms above the car….. i dont know who is handling this car wash, either shell is going bankrupt that they cant fix the problem or management is just taking customers for-granted. extremely scared to go there again….

I have a bad experience here. The car wash purchased didn't activate properly resulting a long wait at the car wash. Later in the app it said car wash utilized. At the counter it was difficult prove unless they check the cameras to find out I didn't enter the car wash. After wasting about 45 minutes I had to to purchase another car wash at a higher price. It's been more than three weeks I haven't received a refund or heard from them. Moreover, shell doesn't have a customer care to call. So much for a biggest oil company.

I went at this gas station so that I can use washroom as it was near to me at that time and also decided to fill my fuel tank. But the girl who was on duty(Dilpreet) asked me to not to use washroom as it was out of order. However, the door of washroom was open a bit and I could clearly see that it was neat and clean.Idk why she didn’t allow me to use it

As others have stated, the new touchless car wash here sucks! Car was still dirty after the wash. I don't expect my car to come out perfectly clean from any automatic car wash, but this is the worst car wash that I have ever received in the last 30+ years. Their old brush systems did a much better job, your car would actually be clean.

I drive out of my way to come here. The only touchless gas station car wash I'd trust for my car. 3 years so far never failed me once. Friendly staff too so I don't mind :)

The new "touchless" car wash sucks. On multiple ocassions I've found that dirt/salt/grime is still on the car after the wash, this car wash is okay for a regular summertime wash but I will not be going during the winter!
