Worst place to go. In the past, I would fill my tires up put, money in their machine and if it didn't work they would give me the money I put in to the machine and even apologize for not having a sign. Now with the new staffing and management it's a joke, I had the same issue, this time they said I have to call the company so they can reimburse me. Waste of time. Also had my husband fill gas up, he prepaid- it charged him 46 dollars, then he tried again it said 0. He went inside and the cashier was like well you have to call shell. What's the point of having people work there if they can't help you? Don't bother going. Not sure what changed but it was never this way before.

I used pump #7 and prepaid with my credit card. The pump displayed $8.00 from a previous purchase when I removed the nozzle and I started filling my tank, it started charging from $8.00. I stopped at $9.30 and went inside the store to explain the situation. The cashier refused to acknowledge the problem, insisting that all pumps are prepaid and that nothing could be done. She tried to contact her manager, but they ignored my request. I believe the pumps are set up to unfairly charge customers.

Ridiculous car wash . Insanely slow and wait time is alot. Make sure to spend an hour atleast an hour for basic car wash.

Was seriously thinking to get a monthly wash pass. Took my (not so dirty) car for a test run before I got the monthly thing. To my astonishment, a brand new yellow microfiber towel turned black halfway hand drying post wash. Terribly long wait and an ugly wash. Wouldn’t be getting the monthly pass ….

Overnight staff is a joke, to lazy to run the carwash, "it's broken" all the time. I work nearby and would he a convenient place to go for a wash. But I'll gladly be getting a petro pass now.

Really hope to know is that shell shop close instead of 24-7? I thought it’s working for 24 hours, and there was one worker but she said close and lock the door.

The service is as bad and the staff is so rude. The staff said they are not allowed to tell me the gas price, probably it’s a TOP SECRET.
