I came to square one mall around 6:45pm today.First, I went to sephora to get some stuff. After that I came to shoppers, i frequently come to this shoppers. First I went to Beauty Bootique to look at some perfumes for myself. As I was looking, a beauty Bootique lady named ' MOONA' kept looking at me, and I already knew she thought I was stealing. There was a mirror in beauty bootique, I was fixing my hair in it, and I see in the mirrors reflection, MOONA signalling her colleagues pointing at me. At this point, I'm like okay what's going on but I continued to look at perfumes. I can literally see MOONA and another lady, they are talking on their radios, so at this point,i feel uncomfortable and make way to leave the store.As I was about to leave, the SCO attendant stops me and checks my bag, she calls I think the manager Basil. He asks for my receipt,I said I don't have to give you or show you anything. He takes the Sephora stuff out of my bag and starts scanning them on ' TWO' separate SCO machine. I told him multiple times, I went to sephora, these aren't from shoppers. He takes my Sephora bag and takes it over the Beauty Bootique people.I follow Basil, amd from a distance,i can hear him say to beauty bootique people,how, oh this customer probably stole from sephora because his voice sounds shakey?? I didn't know that if you have a speech problem, you'd be considered a theif.First off, the only person that has the right to check my bag is a security guard. Second, you guys have embarrassed me in the middle of the store. Everyone was looking at me. Third, you guys obviously don't know how to do interrogation and always get the wrong people. Third, if some has a disability or any other problem, nervousness ,anxious, speech problems like me, you'd be considered a theif in thos store.Stop stopping people, assuming/ accusing them just because you "THINK" they up too something funny.There's a very good reason the rating of the store is low, your owner Sarah Khafaji should really talk to these people. I will be happy to discuss it with her or the store managers. She has people like MOONA, BASSEL ruining the customer's experience. The store's rating is bad and going down for a reason.I can walk into the store and assume this so and so person is a theif. That's not how it works. Teach your staff to know how to act more professional, and take a more effective approach towards theft control.If I get into a situation like this again, watch the actions I will take if there is no accountability.Thanks.

Moshera and Zahraa in pharmacy were amazing. I was having issues with my prescription but they were very dedicated in helping me out to make sure everything was resolved as it was becoming very urgent. I've been coming here for a while but Moshera and Zahraa especially are always so kind, respectful and patient.

today, me and my friend went to go look at hair dye prices and i understand scouting for theft, i work in retail, this male worked with a mask and has a buzz cut, literally didn’t even let us get in the aisle yet before following us, while we were looking and talking about the best type because my hair is black he was just standing in the beginning of the aisle in the middle literally death staring us. i understand theft at square one dont get me wrong ,but that was ridiculous honestly and he stared at us all the way until we decided to leave because we felt uncomfortable and to be honest racially stereotyped as we are black and asian.

We have booked an appointment for Flu shot and walked into the store just on time. There was a huge line up and chaos in front of the cashier and we asked if we need to stay in the line or just stand in the corner to get the shot! We kept waiting for 30 minutes and then he said you didn't check in!!! Waited in the line while we saw the pharmacist assistant inputting our information, believe me: " He could develop the whole Shoppers website in that time!" Then the we talked to the manager. She was so kind and convincing that we stayed for another 20 minutes to get our shot. It was the worst experience ever!

Horrible customer service. They do not honor flyer prices. Waited forever for help only for the lady to go check the stickers and tell me it's not on sale at their store. Thanks genius I hadn't thought to do that myself.

rude and crazy staff at square one shopper drug mart beauty department, poor customer service, i usually buy groceries and cosmetic at another location, when you been square one shoppers, the beauty department look like you owe them so much money, never smile,wahtever you just alone there, no other customer, but anyway, i saw has Chanel at this location, the Chineselady was recommend one new foundation, i bought it, but i did not use at once, i think it's 2 months ago, but this i just try use that, but this foundation for me allergies, then i went to say with the staff i have for issue this foundation,i don't want to refund, i just want to exchange cushion,(cause i went to eaton center, o told the staff, the staff to me i could exchange, that's whyi come back the i bought the location square one, by the way eaton center whatever any location better than square one so much, at least smile for customer) then happen i feel disgusting for beuty staff at square one , i try to ask for the staff to try find put my receive from optimum, first lady told me did not find my record, but this new product, well, This new product, when I use first time forehead had so many grease particles,like allergic, try second time the same, that’s product something wrong, but it doesn’t matter, the big problem is the beauty staff and one lady should work grocery that side cashier, the beauty department staff ask she came here, just came, and hand shake to me, like ask me stop talking and eyes so awful, like she so proud herself, she was argue at the store and so loud, I tried to find out her name, I saw she removed the name tad, ask another staff, some staff protest her, said give her the chance, but why when I talk with other, why you stay and want hear, if you are not guilty, and in the beauty department staff should training, when I was been there, no other customer the staff talk themselves, no one server you and I saw in all shoppers not too much Chanel, that’s I choose this location buy this product, waste my time and my money, if customer service is good today will be not happy like, hopefully shoppers will open more Chanel and Dior products to Erin mill and outside stores, we don’t need there face the rude still buy there the product. Any way, customer has allergic, I don’t have receipt, I asked for exchange cushion, I don’t need refund, only for customer service, this is no more at this shoppers shopping anymore. the employee followed me, argue and want to fight with me.

Sana was very rude to me while checking me out at the till, the way she was treating not only the customers but her own employees, under any work place not only is that not acceptable but extremely needs to be replaced

The worst pharmacy I have ever visited. There were four people and it took an hour to prepare two medicines which were already ready but they were too lazy to do it and told to come after 30 mins, we came after 45 mins and then he started working on it - and took additional 30 mins. Just a piece of advice don’t visit here if you are sick because they don’t like to work and keep you waiting unnecessarily!

I went with my brother to experience different scents of perfume from the beauty section for him and received an amazing assistance from Leena, she was knowledgeable and attentive as she assisted us with genuine care providing skin tips as well as a delightful service and and we ended up purchasing a men’s perfume. I would highly recommend her assistance to anyone in need of an incredible perfume shopping experience.
